وَكَذَٰلِكَ جَعَلۡنَا فِي كُلِّ قَرۡيَةٍ أَكَٰبِرَ مُجۡرِمِيهَا لِيَمۡكُرُواْ فِيهَاۖ وَمَا يَمۡكُرُونَ إِلَّا بِأَنفُسِهِمۡ وَمَا يَشۡعُرُونَ

Gayon Kami nagtalaga para sa bawat pamayanan ng pinakamalaki sa mga salarin nito upang magpakana sila rito ngunit hindi sila nagpapakana maliban sa mga sarili nila ngunit hindi sila nakararamdam.
