Translation of the meanings Ayah: (17) Surah: Al-Baqarah
مَثَلُهُمْ كَمَثَلِ الَّذِی اسْتَوْقَدَ نَارًا ۚ— فَلَمَّاۤ اَضَآءَتْ مَا حَوْلَهٗ ذَهَبَ اللّٰهُ بِنُوْرِهِمْ وَتَرَكَهُمْ فِیْ ظُلُمٰتٍ لَّا یُبْصِرُوْنَ ۟
அவர்களின் உதாரணம் நெருப்பை மூட்டியவர்களின் உதாரணத்தைப் போலாகும். அது, அவர்களைச் சுற்றியுள்ளதை வெளிச்சமாக்கியபோது அல்லாஹ் அவர்களின் ஒளியை போக்கிவிட்டான். இன்னும், அவன் அவர்களை இருள்களில் - அவர்கள் (எதையும்) பார்க்க முடியாதவர்களாக - விட்டுவிட்டான்.
