Translation of the meanings Ayah: (170) Surah: Al-Baqarah
وَاِذَا قِیْلَ لَهُمُ اتَّبِعُوْا مَاۤ اَنْزَلَ اللّٰهُ قَالُوْا بَلْ نَتَّبِعُ مَاۤ اَلْفَیْنَا عَلَیْهِ اٰبَآءَنَا ؕ— اَوَلَوْ كَانَ اٰبَآؤُهُمْ لَا یَعْقِلُوْنَ شَیْـًٔا وَّلَا یَهْتَدُوْنَ ۟
இன்னும், அல்லாஹ் இறக்கியதைப் பின்பற்றுங்கள் என அவர்களுக்குக் கூறப்பட்டால், “(நாங்கள் அதைப் பின்பற்ற மாட்டோம்.) மாறாக, நாங்கள் எங்கள் மூதாதைகளை எதில் (-எந்தக் கொள்கையில்) இருக்கக் கண்டோமோ அதையே பின்பற்றுவோம்” எனக் கூறுகிறார்கள். அவர்களுடைய மூதாதைகள் எதையும் அறியாதவர்களாகவும் நேர்வழி பெறாதவர்களாகவும் இருந்தாலுமா (அவர்களை இவர்கள் பின்பற்றுவார்கள்)?
