Ayah: 38

وَٱلسَّارِقُ وَٱلسَّارِقَةُ فَٱقۡطَعُوٓاْ أَيۡدِيَهُمَا جَزَآءَۢ بِمَا كَسَبَا نَكَٰلٗا مِّنَ ٱللَّهِۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٞ
[5.38] และขโมยชายและขโมยหญิงนั้นจงตัดมือของเขา ทั้งสองคน ทั้งนี้เพื่อเป็นการตอบแทนในสิ่งที่ทั้งสองนั้นได้แสวงหาไว้ (และ) เพื่อเป็นเยี่ยงอย่างการลงโทษ จากอัลลอฮฺ และอัลลอฮฺนั้นทรงเดชานุภาพ ทรงปรีชาญาณ
