Al-Hāqqah

Ayah: 1

ٱلۡحَآقَّةُ
สิ่งที่จะเกิดขึ้นอย่างแน่นอน (วันกิยามะฮฺ)

مَا ٱلۡحَآقَّةُ
สิ่งที่จะเกิดขึ้นอย่างแน่นอนนั้นคืออะไร

وَمَآ أَدۡرَىٰكَ مَا ٱلۡحَآقَّةُ
และอันใดเล่าทำให้เจ้ารู้ได้ว่า สิ่งที่จะเกิดขึ้นอย่างแน่นอนนั้นคืออะไร

Ayah: 4

كَذَّبَتۡ ثَمُودُ وَعَادُۢ بِٱلۡقَارِعَةِ
พวกซะมูดและพวกอ๊าดได้ปฏิเสธวันกิยามะฮฺ

فَأَمَّا ثَمُودُ فَأُهۡلِكُواْ بِٱلطَّاغِيَةِ
ส่วนพวกซะมูด ถูกทำลายด้วยเสียงกัมปนาทที่น่ากลัว

وَأَمَّا عَادٞ فَأُهۡلِكُواْ بِرِيحٖ صَرۡصَرٍ عَاتِيَةٖ
ส่วนพวกอ๊าดถูกทำลายด้วยลมพายุที่หนาวเหน็บ และเสียงดังก้อง

سَخَّرَهَا عَلَيۡهِمۡ سَبۡعَ لَيَالٖ وَثَمَٰنِيَةَ أَيَّامٍ حُسُومٗاۖ فَتَرَى ٱلۡقَوۡمَ فِيهَا صَرۡعَىٰ كَأَنَّهُمۡ أَعۡجَازُ نَخۡلٍ خَاوِيَةٖ
พระองค์ทรงให้อภัยนั้นเกิดขึ้นแก่พวกเขา เจ็ดคืนกับแปดวันต่อเนื่องกัน แล้วเจ้าจะเห็นหมู่ชนนั้นนอนตายอยู่เช่นนั้น ประหนึ่งต้นอินทผลัมที่กลางล้มระเนระนาด

فَهَلۡ تَرَىٰ لَهُم مِّنۢ بَاقِيَةٖ
แล้วเจ้าเห็นอะไรบ้างหลงเหลือสำหรับพวกเขา
