هُوَ ٱلَّذِي يُرِيكُمُ ٱلۡبَرۡقَ خَوۡفٗا وَطَمَعٗا وَيُنشِئُ ٱلسَّحَابَ ٱلثِّقَالَ

Korku ve ümide düşürmek için size şimşeği gösteren, (yağmurla) yüklü bulutları var eden O’dur.
