Translation of the meanings Ayah: (59) Surah: Al-Qasas
وَمَا كَانَ رَبُّكَ مُهۡلِكَ ٱلۡقُرَىٰ حَتَّىٰ يَبۡعَثَ فِيٓ أُمِّهَا رَسُولٗا يَتۡلُواْ عَلَيۡهِمۡ ءَايَٰتِنَاۚ وَمَا كُنَّا مُهۡلِكِي ٱلۡقُرَىٰٓ إِلَّا وَأَهۡلُهَا ظَٰلِمُونَ
Rabbin, kendilerine ayetlerimizi okuyan bir rasûlü memleketlerin anasına (Mekke'ye) göndermedikçe, o memleketleri helak edici değildir. Biz, halkı zalim olan beldelerden başkasını helak edici değiliz.
