Ayah: 164

وَإِذۡ قَالَتۡ أُمَّةٞ مِّنۡهُمۡ لِمَ تَعِظُونَ قَوۡمًا ٱللَّهُ مُهۡلِكُهُمۡ أَوۡ مُعَذِّبُهُمۡ عَذَابٗا شَدِيدٗاۖ قَالُواْ مَعۡذِرَةً إِلَىٰ رَبِّكُمۡ وَلَعَلَّهُمۡ يَتَّقُونَ
Деякі з них сказали: «Чому ви повчаєте людей, яких Аллаг однаково знищить або скарає суворою карою?» Ті відповіли: «Щоб виправдатися перед Господом нашим — можливо, вони будуть богобоязливі!»
