وَلَن تَسۡتَطِيعُوٓاْ أَن تَعۡدِلُواْ بَيۡنَ ٱلنِّسَآءِ وَلَوۡ حَرَصۡتُمۡۖ فَلَا تَمِيلُواْ كُلَّ ٱلۡمَيۡلِ فَتَذَرُوهَا كَٱلۡمُعَلَّقَةِۚ وَإِن تُصۡلِحُواْ وَتَتَّقُواْ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ غَفُورٗا رَّحِيمٗا
Và không bao giờ các ngươi có thể đối xử công bằng với các bà vợ mặc dầu các ngươi rất muốn. Bởi thế, chớ hoàn toàn nghiêng hẳn (về một bà và bỏ rơi bà khác) như là phạt treo bà ta. Bởi thế, nếu các ngươi giải hòa và sợ Allah thì (các người sẽ thấy) quả thật Allah Hằng Tha Thứ, Rất Mực Khoan Dung.
