بيان قدرة الله وإحاطته في خلق الإنسان وإعادته.
Trình bày quyền năng của Allah và sự thâu tóm của Ngài trong việc tạo hoá loài người và làm cho họ sống trở lại

Ayah: 1

وَٱلسَّمَآءِ وَٱلطَّارِقِ
Allah thề bởi bầu trời, bởi vì sao xuất hiện trong đêm.

• تحفظ الملائكة الإنسان وأعماله خيرها وشرها ليحاسب عليها.
* Thiên Thần luôn giám sát mọi hành động tốt, xấu của con người cho việc thanh toán sau này.
• ضعف كيد الكفار إذا قوبل بكيد الله سبحانه.
* Mưu kế của người vô đức tin luôn bị yếu kém khi đối đầu với mưu kế của Allah Hiển Vinh.
• خشية الله تبعث على الاتعاظ.
* Lòng kính sợ trổi dậy khi được khuyên bảo và nhắc nhở.
