Translation of the meanings Ayah: (98) Surah: An-Nisā’
إِلَّا ٱلۡمُسۡتَضۡعَفِينَ مِنَ ٱلرِّجَالِ وَٱلنِّسَآءِ وَٱلۡوِلۡدَٰنِ لَا يَسۡتَطِيعُونَ حِيلَةٗ وَلَا يَهۡتَدُونَ سَبِيلٗا
Ngoại trừ những người yếu đuối và cô thế trong số những người đàn ông, phụ nữ và trẻ con, họ không có phương tiện (để di cư) cũng như không được ai dẫn đường.
