قَالَ أَلۡقُواْۖ فَلَمَّآ أَلۡقَوۡاْ سَحَرُوٓاْ أَعۡيُنَ ٱلنَّاسِ وَٱسۡتَرۡهَبُوهُمۡ وَجَآءُو بِسِحۡرٍ عَظِيمٖ

(Musa) bảo: “Các người hãy ném xuống trước!” Thế là những tên phù thủy ném bửu bối của mình xuống. (Với trò ảo thuật), họ đã làm hoa mắt và gây ra nỗi sợ hãi cho mọi người. Họ thực sự đã mang đến một trò ảo thuật vĩ đại.
