Aaya: 4

فِي بِضۡعِ سِنِينَۗ لِلَّهِ ٱلۡأَمۡرُ مِن قَبۡلُ وَمِنۢ بَعۡدُۚ وَيَوۡمَئِذٖ يَفۡرَحُ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنُونَ

4. Within a few years. To Allāh belongs the Command before and after. On that day the believers will rejoice⁵,

5. At the victory given by Allâh to the Romans against the Persians.
