કુરઆન મજીદના શબ્દોનું ભાષાંતર - અંગ્રેજી અનુવાદ - અબ્દુલ્લાહ હસન યાકૂબ * - ભાષાંતરોની અનુક્રમણિકા
لَّا يُؤَاخِذُكُمُ ٱللَّهُ بِٱللَّغۡوِ فِيٓ أَيۡمَٰنِكُمۡ وَلَٰكِن يُؤَاخِذُكُم بِمَا كَسَبَتۡ قُلُوبُكُمۡۗ وَٱللَّهُ غَفُورٌ حَلِيمٞ
225. Allāh will not hold you accountable for your unintentional oaths, but He holds you accountable for what your hearts have intended. Allāh is All-Forgiving, Most Forbearing.
અરબી તફસીરો:
لِّلَّذِينَ يُؤۡلُونَ مِن نِّسَآئِهِمۡ تَرَبُّصُ أَرۡبَعَةِ أَشۡهُرٖۖ فَإِن فَآءُو فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورٞ رَّحِيمٞ
226. For those who swear not to have sexual relations with their wives is (a grace time of) four months 87. If they decide to resume martial relations, then Allāh is All-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
87. This is the act of īlā’; vowing not to have carnal relations with one’s wife with the purpose of punishing her. Four months is the maximum time limit allowed for this state of affairs to go on. Otherwise, the husband who took such a vow needs to either correct his marriage, in which case he does not need to make up for breaking his vow and is forgiven by Allāh, or else he should conclude the divorce and no longer hurt his wife.
અરબી તફસીરો:
وَإِنۡ عَزَمُواْ ٱلطَّلَٰقَ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٞ
અરબી તફસીરો:
وَٱلۡمُطَلَّقَٰتُ يَتَرَبَّصۡنَ بِأَنفُسِهِنَّ ثَلَٰثَةَ قُرُوٓءٖۚ وَلَا يَحِلُّ لَهُنَّ أَن يَكۡتُمۡنَ مَا خَلَقَ ٱللَّهُ فِيٓ أَرۡحَامِهِنَّ إِن كُنَّ يُؤۡمِنَّ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلۡيَوۡمِ ٱلۡأٓخِرِۚ وَبُعُولَتُهُنَّ أَحَقُّ بِرَدِّهِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ إِنۡ أَرَادُوٓاْ إِصۡلَٰحٗاۚ وَلَهُنَّ مِثۡلُ ٱلَّذِي عَلَيۡهِنَّ بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِۚ وَلِلرِّجَالِ عَلَيۡهِنَّ دَرَجَةٞۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌ
228. And divorced women must wait up to three menstrual cycles (before another marriage). And it is not lawful for them to hide what Allāh had created in their wombs, if they believe in Allāh and the Last Day. And their husbands have more right to take them back within that period if they desire reconciliation. And the women have rights just as they have obligations upon them, in fair measure. But the men (i.e., husbands) have a degree above them (in responsibility and authority). Allāh is All-Mighty, All-Wise.
અરબી તફસીરો:
ٱلطَّلَٰقُ مَرَّتَانِۖ فَإِمۡسَاكُۢ بِمَعۡرُوفٍ أَوۡ تَسۡرِيحُۢ بِإِحۡسَٰنٖۗ وَلَا يَحِلُّ لَكُمۡ أَن تَأۡخُذُواْ مِمَّآ ءَاتَيۡتُمُوهُنَّ شَيۡـًٔا إِلَّآ أَن يَخَافَآ أَلَّا يُقِيمَا حُدُودَ ٱللَّهِۖ فَإِنۡ خِفۡتُمۡ أَلَّا يُقِيمَا حُدُودَ ٱللَّهِ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيۡهِمَا فِيمَا ٱفۡتَدَتۡ بِهِۦۗ تِلۡكَ حُدُودُ ٱللَّهِ فَلَا تَعۡتَدُوهَاۚ وَمَن يَتَعَدَّ حُدُودَ ٱللَّهِ فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلظَّٰلِمُونَ
229. A divorce is [revoked] twice, then to retain in a reasonable manner or to release (her) with kindness. And It is not lawful for you to take anything of what you have given them (wives), unless they (husband and wife) fear that they cannot keep within the set limits of Allāh. Then if you fear that they both cannot keep within the set Limits of Allāh, there is no blame on them in what she ransoms (to her husband) to become free thereby. These are the set Limits of Allāh, so do not exceed them. Whoever exceeds the set Limits of Allāh, these are the unjust.
અરબી તફસીરો:
فَإِن طَلَّقَهَا فَلَا تَحِلُّ لَهُۥ مِنۢ بَعۡدُ حَتَّىٰ تَنكِحَ زَوۡجًا غَيۡرَهُۥۗ فَإِن طَلَّقَهَا فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيۡهِمَآ أَن يَتَرَاجَعَآ إِن ظَنَّآ أَن يُقِيمَا حُدُودَ ٱللَّهِۗ وَتِلۡكَ حُدُودُ ٱللَّهِ يُبَيِّنُهَا لِقَوۡمٖ يَعۡلَمُونَ
230. If he divorce her (for the third time) she shall not be lawful to him afterwards until she marries (another spouse). So in case he (the other husband) has divorced her, In that case, there is no sin on them both (the woman and her former husband) if they return to each other (by legal marriage), if they both think that they can abide by the set limits of Allāh. These are the set limits of Allāh which He makes clear for a people who have knowledge.
