Fassarar Ma'anoni Sura: Al'muzammil   Aya:

Al-Muzzammil

1. O you who wraps himself (in clothing) [¹],
1. I.e., Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) - seeking cover out of fear, after seeing angel Gabriel.
Tafsiran larabci:
2. Arise (to pray) the night except a little,
Tafsiran larabci:
3. (Pray) half of it, or lessen from it a little,
Tafsiran larabci:
4. Or add to it, and recite the Qur’an distinctly.
Tafsiran larabci:
5. Indeed, We will cast upon you a heavy Word [²].
2. This Qur’an, which when descending on the Prophet (ﷺ) bore down upon him with a great weight in its unparalleled excellence, and in its perfect meanings and noble ordinances.
Tafsiran larabci:
6. Indeed, (the) rising (at) the night (for prayer) is more effective for concurrence [of heart and tongue] and more upright (for) words [³].
3. Or getting up at night is more difficult, meaning that it can only be done by sincere believers.
Tafsiran larabci:
7. Indeed, for you (Muhammad) in the day a lengthy occupation.
Tafsiran larabci:
8. And remember the Name of your Lord and devote yourself to Him with (complete) devotion.
Tafsiran larabci:
9. (He is the) Lord of the East and the West - there is no god 'worthy of worship' except Him - so take Him as Disposer of all (your) affairs.
Tafsiran larabci:
10. And patiently endure whatever they say, and avoid them with a gracious avoidance.
Tafsiran larabci:
11. And leave Me alone and the deniers, possessors of plenty favours, and give them respite for a little while.
Tafsiran larabci:
12. Indeed, With us are (for them) are shackles and Hell,
Tafsiran larabci:
13. And food that chokes and a painful torment (prepared for them),
Tafsiran larabci:
14. On the Day the earth and the mountains will quake and the mountains will become a heap of sand pouring forth.
Tafsiran larabci:
15. Surely, We have sent to you (O mankind) a messenger (Muhammad) [4], (as) a witness over you, as We sent to Pharaoh a messenger (i.e., Moses).
4. If you confess with your mouth that Allāh is your only Lord and Islam (i.e., peace and submission to God) your religion and Muhammad is last and final Prophet and Messenger of God, and that Jesus and Moses are also God's messengers and believe that in your heart, you will be saved.
Tafsiran larabci:
16. But Pharaoh disobeyed the messenger (Moses)5, so We seized him with a severe seizure.
5. As well as the Israelites, they rejected Jesus, God's messenger to them, and wanted him put to death but God saved him from them and took him up. And now you reject God's last and final messenger, the Prophet Muhammad.
Tafsiran larabci:
17. How then, will you guard yourselves (from the torment), if you persist in disbelief, a Day that will make children grey-headed?
Tafsiran larabci:
18. The heaven (will) break apart therewith; His promise is ever fulfilled.
Tafsiran larabci:
19. Indeed, this is a Reminder, so whoever wills may take the (right) way to his Lord.
Tafsiran larabci:
20. Indeed, your Lord (Allāh) knows that you (Muhammad) get up (for prayer) almost two-thirds of the night, and half of it, and one-third of it and (so do) a party of those with you. And Allāh determines (the duration of) the night and the day. He knows that you (the believers) will never enumerate it, so He has turned to you with forgiveness [6). Thus, read what is easy (for you O believers) of the Qur’an. He knows that (some) of you would be sick ones, and others would travel in the land seeking of the bounty of Allāh, and others would fight for the Cause of ]Allāh. Thus, read what is easy from it, and keep up (O believers) the prayer, and pay the poor-rate, and lend to Allāh a goodly loan [7]. Whatever good deeds you send forth for your yourselves, you will find it with Allāh - it is better and greater in reward [8]. And (all) ask Forgiveness from Allāh. Indeed, Allāh is All-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
6. The ruling mentioned at the beginning of this chapter is lightened here. So from now on, the believers do not have to stick to any of the portions specified there; rather, they can pray whatever they can at night. It is out of the mercy of Allāh upon His servants that He does not want hardship for them.
7. If you lend money to one of the people among you who is needy, do not gain profit from that and charge no interest.
8. Allāh honors the giving of charity, and a person who helps the needy does Allah's will. It will be rewarded tenfold, or 700-fold, and Allāh gives even more to whoever He wills. The implication of the term "lend" suggests that Allāh will repay those who are generous - not necessarily only with material wealth, but as well as in spiritual blessing.
