هَٰذَا عَطَآؤُنَا فَٱمۡنُنۡ أَوۡ أَمۡسِكۡ بِغَيۡرِ حِسَابٖ
[We said], “This is Our gift, so give freely or withhold, without account[17].”
[17] i.e., you will not be called to account thereby.
