وَمَآ أَنزَلۡنَا عَلَيۡكَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ إِلَّا لِتُبَيِّنَ لَهُمُ ٱلَّذِي ٱخۡتَلَفُواْ فِيهِ وَهُدٗى وَرَحۡمَةٗ لِّقَوۡمٖ يُؤۡمِنُونَ
64. We have not sent down to you, [O Muhammad], the Book except that you may make clear to them that over which they differ [25], and as a guidance and mercy for a people who believe.
[25]. I.e., worshiping Allāh alone, the Resurrection, and the rules of the Islamic Law.
