وَلَا تَجۡعَلۡ يَدَكَ مَغۡلُولَةً إِلَىٰ عُنُقِكَ وَلَا تَبۡسُطۡهَا كُلَّ ٱلۡبَسۡطِ فَتَقۡعُدَ مَلُومٗا مَّحۡسُورًا
29. Do not keep your hand chained to your neck [by withholding charity] nor extend it completely open [to squander your wealth] [20] lest you sit down blameworthy and destitute.
