وَمِنۡ حَيۡثُ خَرَجۡتَ فَوَلِّ وَجۡهَكَ شَطۡرَ ٱلۡمَسۡجِدِ ٱلۡحَرَامِۚ وَحَيۡثُ مَا كُنتُمۡ فَوَلُّواْ وُجُوهَكُمۡ شَطۡرَهُۥ لِئَلَّا يَكُونَ لِلنَّاسِ عَلَيۡكُمۡ حُجَّةٌ إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ مِنۡهُمۡ فَلَا تَخۡشَوۡهُمۡ وَٱخۡشَوۡنِي وَلِأُتِمَّ نِعۡمَتِي عَلَيۡكُمۡ وَلَعَلَّكُمۡ تَهۡتَدُونَ

150. And from wherever you go out (for prayer), turn your face towards the Sacred Mosque (in Makkah); and wherever you may be, (believers), turn your faces towards it, so that people [46] will have no argument against you - except those among them who act unjustly; so do not fear them [47], rather fear Me alone, so that I may complete My Favor upon you and so that you may be rightly guided. info

[46]. I.e., the followers of the past Scripture.
[47]. It is no wonder that the message to “Fear not…” appears so frequently in the Qur’an. While fear is a common human experience, the Quran's promise is that Allāh is Our Protector, for Allāh is always with Us.
