أَلَمۡ تَرَ إِلَى ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ نَصِيبٗا مِّنَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ يُؤۡمِنُونَ بِٱلۡجِبۡتِ وَٱلطَّٰغُوتِ وَيَقُولُونَ لِلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ أَهۡدَىٰ مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ سَبِيلًا
51. Have you not seen those [Jews] to whom a portion of the Scripture has been given? They believe in superstitions and false gods [26], and they say about those who disbelieve [the pagans]: These are better guided on the way than the believers.
[26]. That refers to anything worshipped besides Allāh — whether idols, graves, demons, Satan, angels, saints, or human beings.
