ការបកប្រែអត្ថន័យ ជំពូក​ អាត់ទូខន - ការបកប្រែជាភាសាអង់គ្លេស - អាប់ឌុលឡោះ ហាសាន់ យ៉ាកូប - លេខ​ទំព័រ 497 - សព្វវចនាធិប្បាយគម្ពីរអាល់គួរអាន

19 : 44

وَأَن لَّا تَعۡلُواْ عَلَى ٱللَّهِۖ إِنِّيٓ ءَاتِيكُم بِسُلۡطَٰنٖ مُّبِينٖ

19. And that do not exalt yourselves against Allāh ^[9]. Indeed, I have come to you with a manifest authority;

[9]. By neglecting His worship, and considering yourselves above His worshippers.

20 : 44

وَإِنِّي عُذۡتُ بِرَبِّي وَرَبِّكُمۡ أَن تَرۡجُمُونِ

20. And indeed, I have sought refuge in my Lord and your Lord (Allāh), lest you stone (or revile) me,

21 : 44

وَإِن لَّمۡ تُؤۡمِنُواْ لِي فَٱعۡتَزِلُونِ

21. And if you (o people) do not believe me, then keep away from me."

22 : 44

فَدَعَا رَبَّهُۥٓ أَنَّ هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ قَوۡمٞ مُّجۡرِمُونَ

22. So (finally) he (Moses) prayed to his Lord ^[10] that: "These are a guilty people."

[10]. When we find ourselves in life challenges, let’s cry out to Allāh and patiently wait for Him to respond. He’s there, ready to help us in our time of need and give us a firm place to stand.

23 : 44

فَأَسۡرِ بِعِبَادِي لَيۡلًا إِنَّكُم مُّتَّبَعُونَ

23. So set out with My servants (the children of Israel) by night; you are to be pursued -

24 : 44

وَٱتۡرُكِ ٱلۡبَحۡرَ رَهۡوًاۖ إِنَّهُمۡ جُندٞ مُّغۡرَقُونَ

24. And leave the sea in stillness. Indeed, they are an army to be drowned.

25 : 44

كَمۡ تَرَكُواْ مِن جَنَّٰتٖ وَعُيُونٖ

25. How many they left behind of gardens and springs,

26 : 44

وَزُرُوعٖ وَمَقَامٖ كَرِيمٖ

26. And crops and noble sites,

27 : 44

وَنَعۡمَةٖ كَانُواْ فِيهَا فَٰكِهِينَ

27. And life of ease wherein they rejoiced?

28 : 44

كَذَٰلِكَۖ وَأَوۡرَثۡنَٰهَا قَوۡمًا ءَاخَرِينَ

28. Thus (it was), and We gave it as an inheritance to another people.

29 : 44

فَمَا بَكَتۡ عَلَيۡهِمُ ٱلسَّمَآءُ وَٱلۡأَرۡضُ وَمَا كَانُواْ مُنظَرِينَ

29. So the heaven and the earth wept not for them, nor were they given respite.

30 : 44

وَلَقَدۡ نَجَّيۡنَا بَنِيٓ إِسۡرَٰٓءِيلَ مِنَ ٱلۡعَذَابِ ٱلۡمُهِينِ

30. And certainly, We delivered the children of Israel from the humiliating torment,

31 : 44

مِن فِرۡعَوۡنَۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ عَالِيٗا مِّنَ ٱلۡمُسۡرِفِينَ

31. From Pharaoh. He was a haughty one among the transgressors.

32 : 44

وَلَقَدِ ٱخۡتَرۡنَٰهُمۡ عَلَىٰ عِلۡمٍ عَلَى ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ

32. And indeed, We chose them out of a knowledge, above all other peoples (in their time).

33 : 44

وَءَاتَيۡنَٰهُم مِّنَ ٱلۡأٓيَٰتِ مَا فِيهِ بَلَٰٓؤٞاْ مُّبِينٌ

33. And We gave them of the signs wherein was an evident test.

34 : 44

إِنَّ هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ لَيَقُولُونَ

34. Indeed, these (pagans) are surely saying:

35 : 44

إِنۡ هِيَ إِلَّا مَوۡتَتُنَا ٱلۡأُولَىٰ وَمَا نَحۡنُ بِمُنشَرِينَ

35. "There is nothing but our first death (in this world) and we will not be raised (again to life).

36 : 44

فَأۡتُواْ بِـَٔابَآئِنَآ إِن كُنتُمۡ صَٰدِقِينَ

36. Then bring back our forefathers, if you are truthful."

37 : 44

أَهُمۡ خَيۡرٌ أَمۡ قَوۡمُ تُبَّعٖ وَٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبۡلِهِمۡ أَهۡلَكۡنَٰهُمۡۚ إِنَّهُمۡ كَانُواْ مُجۡرِمِينَ

37. Are they better or the people of Tubba ^[11] and those before them? We destroyed them, for they were guilty ones.

[11]. I.e., Name of a Yemenite tribal chief.

38 : 44

وَمَا خَلَقۡنَا ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ وَمَا بَيۡنَهُمَا لَٰعِبِينَ

38. And We did not create the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, playing (i.e., without genuine purpose) ^[12].

[12]. In wisdom, You 'Allāh' made them all; the heavens and the earth are full of your creatures. There is the sea, vast and spacious, teeming with creatures beyond number—living things both large and small. We proclaim that Allāh is the only true God and there is no other god besides Him. Allah’s generous and satisfying provision for all He created. Allāh also has determined the days of each one’s existence.

39 : 44

مَا خَلَقۡنَٰهُمَآ إِلَّا بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكۡثَرَهُمۡ لَا يَعۡلَمُونَ

39. We did not create them both except in truth (and justice), but most of them do not know.
