ការបកប្រែអត្ថន័យ ជំពូក​ អាត់តឡាគ - ការបកប្រែជាភាសាអង់គ្លេស - អាប់ឌុលឡោះ ហាសាន់ យ៉ាកូប - លេខ​ទំព័រ 558 - សព្វវចនាធិប្បាយគម្ពីរអាល់គួរអាន

At-Talāq

1 : 65

يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّبِيُّ إِذَا طَلَّقۡتُمُ ٱلنِّسَآءَ فَطَلِّقُوهُنَّ لِعِدَّتِهِنَّ وَأَحۡصُواْ ٱلۡعِدَّةَۖ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ رَبَّكُمۡۖ لَا تُخۡرِجُوهُنَّ مِنۢ بُيُوتِهِنَّ وَلَا يَخۡرُجۡنَ إِلَّآ أَن يَأۡتِينَ بِفَٰحِشَةٖ مُّبَيِّنَةٖۚ وَتِلۡكَ حُدُودُ ٱللَّهِۚ وَمَن يَتَعَدَّ حُدُودَ ٱللَّهِ فَقَدۡ ظَلَمَ نَفۡسَهُۥۚ لَا تَدۡرِي لَعَلَّ ٱللَّهَ يُحۡدِثُ بَعۡدَ ذَٰلِكَ أَمۡرٗا

1. O prophet (and believers), when you (intend to) divorce women, divorce them at their appointed spell for them ^[1]. Count (accurately) the waiting period ^[2], and fear Allāh - your Lord. Do not drive them (wives) out of their houses, nor should they go out (from their houses during their waiting period), unless they commit proven indecency. And these are the limits (set by) Allāh. And whoever goes beyond the limits of Allāh - then he already wrongs himself. You know not; perhaps Allāh will bring about after that some new situation.

[1]. I.e., after the completion of her menstrual period but before sexual intercourse has occurred, or during pregnancy.
[2]. I.e., three menstrual periods.

2 : 65

فَإِذَا بَلَغۡنَ أَجَلَهُنَّ فَأَمۡسِكُوهُنَّ بِمَعۡرُوفٍ أَوۡ فَارِقُوهُنَّ بِمَعۡرُوفٖ وَأَشۡهِدُواْ ذَوَيۡ عَدۡلٖ مِّنكُمۡ وَأَقِيمُواْ ٱلشَّهَٰدَةَ لِلَّهِۚ ذَٰلِكُمۡ يُوعَظُ بِهِۦ مَن كَانَ يُؤۡمِنُ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلۡيَوۡمِ ٱلۡأٓخِرِۚ وَمَن يَتَّقِ ٱللَّهَ يَجۡعَل لَّهُۥ مَخۡرَجٗا

2. So when they are about to reach the end of their waiting-term, keep them honourably or separate from them honourably. And take witness (in either way) ^[3] (two) just men among you, and keep the testimony upright for Allāh. This is admonished he who believes in Allāh and the Last Day. Whoever fears Allāh (and keeps His Commandments), He will make for him a way out (of every difficulty),

[3]. A single witness shall not suffice against a person for any incident, crime, or for any wrong in connection with any offense that is committed. Only on the evidence of two witnesses or of four witnesses with regards of adultery and fornication shall a charge be established. In some cases single witness with taking an oath may be accepted. If a malicious witness arises to accuse a person of wrongdoing, then both parties to the dispute shall appear before the judges who are in office. The judges shall inquire diligently, and if the witness is a false witness and has accused his brother falsely, then you shall punish him for his false testimony.

3 : 65

وَيَرۡزُقۡهُ مِنۡ حَيۡثُ لَا يَحۡتَسِبُۚ وَمَن يَتَوَكَّلۡ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ فَهُوَ حَسۡبُهُۥٓۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ بَٰلِغُ أَمۡرِهِۦۚ قَدۡ جَعَلَ ٱللَّهُ لِكُلِّ شَيۡءٖ قَدۡرٗا

3. And will provide him from where he does not expect. Whoever puts his trusts in Allāh, He is Enough for him. Indeed, Allāh accomplishes His Purpose. Allāh has already set for everything a decreed extent.

4 : 65

وَٱلَّٰٓـِٔي يَئِسۡنَ مِنَ ٱلۡمَحِيضِ مِن نِّسَآئِكُمۡ إِنِ ٱرۡتَبۡتُمۡ فَعِدَّتُهُنَّ ثَلَٰثَةُ أَشۡهُرٖ وَٱلَّٰٓـِٔي لَمۡ يَحِضۡنَۚ وَأُوْلَٰتُ ٱلۡأَحۡمَالِ أَجَلُهُنَّ أَن يَضَعۡنَ حَمۡلَهُنَّۚ وَمَن يَتَّقِ ٱللَّهَ يَجۡعَل لَّهُۥ مِنۡ أَمۡرِهِۦ يُسۡرٗا

4.As for those of your women who have despaired of menstruation, in case you have any doubt, their waiting period is three months, and those too who have not menstruated. And those who are pregnant, their term is until they deliver their burden. Whoever fears Allāh, He will make matters easy for him.

5 : 65

ذَٰلِكَ أَمۡرُ ٱللَّهِ أَنزَلَهُۥٓ إِلَيۡكُمۡۚ وَمَن يَتَّقِ ٱللَّهَ يُكَفِّرۡ عَنۡهُ سَيِّـَٔاتِهِۦ وَيُعۡظِمۡ لَهُۥٓ أَجۡرًا

5. That is the Command of Allāh, which He has sent down to you. Whoever fears Allāh, He will remove from him his misdeeds, and magnify his reward.
