73 : 8

وَٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ بَعۡضُهُمۡ أَوۡلِيَآءُ بَعۡضٍۚ إِلَّا تَفۡعَلُوهُ تَكُن فِتۡنَةٞ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَفَسَادٞ كَبِيرٞ

73. As for those who disbelieve, they are allies of one another. If you [believers] do not do it [stand united and support one another], there will be turmoil in the land and great corruption ^[19].

[19]. This is to further state the relation of the believers among themselves, so that they would abandon their other alliances with the disbelievers, who are ever allied with each other against the believers.
