ಅರ್ಥಗಳ ಅನುವಾದ ಅಧ್ಯಾಯ ಅಲ್- ಬಕರ - ಆಂಗ್ಲ ಅನುವಾದ - ಅಬ್ದುಲ್ಲಾ ಹಸನ್ ಯಾಕೂಬ್ - ಪುಟ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 9 - ಪವಿತ್ರ ಕುರ್‌ಆನ್ ವಿಶ್ವಕೋಶ

58 : 2

وَإِذۡ قُلۡنَا ٱدۡخُلُواْ هَٰذِهِ ٱلۡقَرۡيَةَ فَكُلُواْ مِنۡهَا حَيۡثُ شِئۡتُمۡ رَغَدٗا وَٱدۡخُلُواْ ٱلۡبَابَ سُجَّدٗا وَقُولُواْ حِطَّةٞ نَّغۡفِرۡ لَكُمۡ خَطَٰيَٰكُمۡۚ وَسَنَزِيدُ ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ

58. And (remember) when We said: "Enter this town (Jerusalem), and eat freely from it wherever you wish, but enter the gate bowing humbly, and say, "Relieve us of our burdens." We will forgive your sins and We will increase (reward) for the good-doers."

59 : 2

فَبَدَّلَ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ قَوۡلًا غَيۡرَ ٱلَّذِي قِيلَ لَهُمۡ فَأَنزَلۡنَا عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ رِجۡزٗا مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَفۡسُقُونَ

59. But those who were unjust substituted a word other than what they had been said to them ^[22], so We sent down on those who were unjust a plague from the sky for their obstinate disobedience.

[22]. To do and say, but they entered it dragging themselves on their rears, saying, ‘A grain in a hair, instead of 'relieve us of our burdens ’, mocking Allah’s command. So God punished them because of their disobedience to Him with a plague from the sky, by which seventy thousand of them died.

60 : 2

۞ وَإِذِ ٱسۡتَسۡقَىٰ مُوسَىٰ لِقَوۡمِهِۦ فَقُلۡنَا ٱضۡرِب بِّعَصَاكَ ٱلۡحَجَرَۖ فَٱنفَجَرَتۡ مِنۡهُ ٱثۡنَتَا عَشۡرَةَ عَيۡنٗاۖ قَدۡ عَلِمَ كُلُّ أُنَاسٖ مَّشۡرَبَهُمۡۖ كُلُواْ وَٱشۡرَبُواْ مِن رِّزۡقِ ٱللَّهِ وَلَا تَعۡثَوۡاْ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ مُفۡسِدِينَ

60. And when Moses prayed for water for his people, We said: "Strike the rock with your staff." Then twelve springs gushed forth from it. Each people knowing its drinking place: "Eat and drink from Allah's provision, and do not spread corruption in the land."

61 : 2

وَإِذۡ قُلۡتُمۡ يَٰمُوسَىٰ لَن نَّصۡبِرَ عَلَىٰ طَعَامٖ وَٰحِدٖ فَٱدۡعُ لَنَا رَبَّكَ يُخۡرِجۡ لَنَا مِمَّا تُنۢبِتُ ٱلۡأَرۡضُ مِنۢ بَقۡلِهَا وَقِثَّآئِهَا وَفُومِهَا وَعَدَسِهَا وَبَصَلِهَاۖ قَالَ أَتَسۡتَبۡدِلُونَ ٱلَّذِي هُوَ أَدۡنَىٰ بِٱلَّذِي هُوَ خَيۡرٌۚ ٱهۡبِطُواْ مِصۡرٗا فَإِنَّ لَكُم مَّا سَأَلۡتُمۡۗ وَضُرِبَتۡ عَلَيۡهِمُ ٱلذِّلَّةُ وَٱلۡمَسۡكَنَةُ وَبَآءُو بِغَضَبٖ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِۚ ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمۡ كَانُواْ يَكۡفُرُونَ بِـَٔايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ وَيَقۡتُلُونَ ٱلنَّبِيِّـۧنَ بِغَيۡرِ ٱلۡحَقِّۚ ذَٰلِكَ بِمَا عَصَواْ وَّكَانُواْ يَعۡتَدُونَ

61. And (remember) when you said: “O Moses, we cannot endure patiently with only one kind of food. So pray to your Lord to bring forth for us of what the earth grows of its green herbs, its cucumbers, garlic, lentils, and onions.” He said: "Do you exchange what is better for what is less? Go into any town, and you will have what you have asked for.”
Abasement and humiliation were brought upon them, and they returned with Anger from Allāh upon them. This was so because they used to disbelieve in the revelations of Allāh, unjustly kill the Prophets, this was so because of what they disobeyed, and they used to transgress.
