وَرَبُّكَ ٱلۡغَنِيُّ ذُو ٱلرَّحۡمَةِۚ إِن يَشَأۡ يُذۡهِبۡكُمۡ وَيَسۡتَخۡلِفۡ مِنۢ بَعۡدِكُم مَّا يَشَآءُ كَمَآ أَنشَأَكُم مِّن ذُرِّيَّةِ قَوۡمٍ ءَاخَرِينَ
133. Your Lord is self-sufficient and full of mercy. If He wills, He can do away with you and give succession after you to whomever He wills [20], just as He brought you forth from the descendants of another people.
[20] But He gives them respite to reflect and try to mend their ways. That He allows people to go on rebelling against Him is not to be mistaken for any lack of ability.
