Vers: 95

يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ لَا تَقۡتُلُواْ ٱلصَّيۡدَ وَأَنتُمۡ حُرُمٞۚ وَمَن قَتَلَهُۥ مِنكُم مُّتَعَمِّدٗا فَجَزَآءٞ مِّثۡلُ مَا قَتَلَ مِنَ ٱلنَّعَمِ يَحۡكُمُ بِهِۦ ذَوَا عَدۡلٖ مِّنكُمۡ هَدۡيَۢا بَٰلِغَ ٱلۡكَعۡبَةِ أَوۡ كَفَّٰرَةٞ طَعَامُ مَسَٰكِينَ أَوۡ عَدۡلُ ذَٰلِكَ صِيَامٗا لِّيَذُوقَ وَبَالَ أَمۡرِهِۦۗ عَفَا ٱللَّهُ عَمَّا سَلَفَۚ وَمَنۡ عَادَ فَيَنتَقِمُ ٱللَّهُ مِنۡهُۚ وَٱللَّهُ عَزِيزٞ ذُو ٱنتِقَامٍ

95. O believers, do not kill game while you are in the state for sanctity 'for major or lesser pilgrimage'. For whoever among you kills it intentionally, the compensation (of it) is an equivalent of what he killed from the cattle as two just people from among you shall judge, as an offering 'to Allāh' delivered to the Ka’bah 'in Makkah' or an expiation: the feeding of destitute persons or the equivalent of that in fasting, that he may taste the evil consequence of his affair. Allāh has pardoned what has past. Whoever returns, Allāh will take retribution from him - and Allāh is All-Mighty, All-Capable of Retribution.
