رُّبَمَا يَوَدُّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ لَوۡ كَانُواْ مُسۡلِمِينَ
2. Perhaps those who disbelieved [3] will wish that they had been Muslims [submitters to the Will of God].
