رُّبَمَا يَوَدُّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ لَوۡ كَانُواْ مُسۡلِمِينَ
2. Perhaps will wish those who disbelieved (in the truth) that they had been Muslims [3].
[3]. I.e., those who submit themselves to God, that is the Day of Judgement or at the time of their death.
