ߞߘߐ ߟߎ߬ ߘߟߊߡߌ߬ߘߊ߬ߟߌ ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫ 45 ߝߐߘߊ ߘߏ߫ ߣߛߌ߬ߡߛߏ - ߊ߲߬ߞߌ߬ߟߋ߬ߞߊ߲ ߘߟߊߡߌߘߊ - ߊ߳ߺߊߓߑߘߎ߫ ߊ.ߟߟߊ߯ߤߌ߫ ߤ߭ߛߊߣߎ߲߫ ߦߊ߰ߞߎߓߊ߫ - ߞߎ߬ߙߣߊ߬ ߞߟߊߒߞߋ ߔߘߋߞߎ

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 45

وَٱسۡتَعِينُواْ بِٱلصَّبۡرِ وَٱلصَّلَوٰةِۚ وَإِنَّهَا لَكَبِيرَةٌ إِلَّا عَلَى ٱلۡخَٰشِعِينَ

45. Seek help through patience19 and prayer, and it is hard except for the humble.

19. The Children of Israel who were hindered from belief out of greed and love of the world. They are commanded to seek help in patience, i.e. fasting, which dents wantonness, and Prayer because it leads to humbleness and submission to the will of God and expels haughtiness.
