ߞߘߐ ߟߎ߬ ߘߟߊߡߌ߬ߘߊ߬ߟߌ ߝߐߘߊ ߘߏ߫ ߡߏ߬ߛߏ ߟߎ߬ - ߊ߲߬ߞߌ߬ߟߋ߬ߞߊ߲ ߘߟߊߡߌߘߊ - ߊ߳ߺߊߓߑߘߎ߫ ߊ.ߟߟߊ߯ߤߌ߫ ߤ߭ߛߊߣߎ߲߫ ߦߊ߰ߞߎߓߊ߫ - ߞߐߜߍ ߝߙߍߕߍ 77 - ߞߎ߬ߙߣߊ߬ ߞߟߊߒߞߋ ߔߘߋߞߎ

An-Nisā’

1 : 4

يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّاسُ ٱتَّقُواْ رَبَّكُمُ ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَكُم مِّن نَّفۡسٖ وَٰحِدَةٖ وَخَلَقَ مِنۡهَا زَوۡجَهَا وَبَثَّ مِنۡهُمَا رِجَالٗا كَثِيرٗا وَنِسَآءٗۚ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ ٱلَّذِي تَسَآءَلُونَ بِهِۦ وَٱلۡأَرۡحَامَۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ عَلَيۡكُمۡ رَقِيبٗا

1. O people, fear your Lord [Allāh], Who created you from a single soul [Adam] and from it created its mate [Eve], and dispersed from the two of them many men and women. Fear Allāh, by Whom you demand one of another [your rights] and (honor) the wombs [that bore you]. Surely Allāh is ever Watchful over you.

2 : 4

وَءَاتُواْ ٱلۡيَتَٰمَىٰٓ أَمۡوَٰلَهُمۡۖ وَلَا تَتَبَدَّلُواْ ٱلۡخَبِيثَ بِٱلطَّيِّبِۖ وَلَا تَأۡكُلُوٓاْ أَمۡوَٰلَهُمۡ إِلَىٰٓ أَمۡوَٰلِكُمۡۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ حُوبٗا كَبِيرٗا

2. Give to the orphans their wealth [when they reach maturity], and do not substitute the defective you own for their good ones, nor consume their wealth along with your own. Surely, it is a grave sin.

3 : 4

وَإِنۡ خِفۡتُمۡ أَلَّا تُقۡسِطُواْ فِي ٱلۡيَتَٰمَىٰ فَٱنكِحُواْ مَا طَابَ لَكُم مِّنَ ٱلنِّسَآءِ مَثۡنَىٰ وَثُلَٰثَ وَرُبَٰعَۖ فَإِنۡ خِفۡتُمۡ أَلَّا تَعۡدِلُواْ فَوَٰحِدَةً أَوۡ مَا مَلَكَتۡ أَيۡمَٰنُكُمۡۚ ذَٰلِكَ أَدۡنَىٰٓ أَلَّا تَعُولُواْ

3. If you fear that you may not deal justly [by marrying] with orphan-girls [under your care], then marry [other] women of your choice - two, three or four ^[1]; but if you fear that you cannot be fair [between them], then [limit yourselves to] one or those whom your right hand possesses. This is more likely to keep you from injustice.

[1]. This verse was revealed concerning any man under whom is an orphan girl for whom he is both guardian and inheritor, while she has money and with no one to argue in her favor. This guardian is enjoined not to marry her for her money, nor is he to abuse her.

4 : 4

وَءَاتُواْ ٱلنِّسَآءَ صَدُقَٰتِهِنَّ نِحۡلَةٗۚ فَإِن طِبۡنَ لَكُمۡ عَن شَيۡءٖ مِّنۡهُ نَفۡسٗا فَكُلُوهُ هَنِيٓـٔٗا مَّرِيٓـٔٗا

4. Give the women their dowries [upon marriage] as a [bridal] gift. But if they remit to you a part of it willingly, you may then consume it with contentment and a clear conscience.

5 : 4

وَلَا تُؤۡتُواْ ٱلسُّفَهَآءَ أَمۡوَٰلَكُمُ ٱلَّتِي جَعَلَ ٱللَّهُ لَكُمۡ قِيَٰمٗا وَٱرۡزُقُوهُمۡ فِيهَا وَٱكۡسُوهُمۡ وَقُولُواْ لَهُمۡ قَوۡلٗا مَّعۡرُوفٗا

5. Do not give the weak-minded your wealth ^[2]—which Allāh has made a means of support for you— Instead, provide for them from it, clothe them, and speak to them with gentle, respectful words.

[2]. Although it is their money, Allāh refers to it in the collective sense, reminding us that all wealth is provided by Him for the maintenance of the community as well as of individual members.The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said, "Allâh has forbidden for you: (a) To be undutiful to your mothers 'and fathers', (b) to bury your daughters alive, (c) not to pay the rights of the others, and (d) to beg of people . And Allâh has hated for you: (a) that you talk too much, (b) to ask insignificant questions (in disputed religious matters) and (c) to waste the wealth by extravagance with lack of wisdom and thinking.

6 : 4

وَٱبۡتَلُواْ ٱلۡيَتَٰمَىٰ حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا بَلَغُواْ ٱلنِّكَاحَ فَإِنۡ ءَانَسۡتُم مِّنۡهُمۡ رُشۡدٗا فَٱدۡفَعُوٓاْ إِلَيۡهِمۡ أَمۡوَٰلَهُمۡۖ وَلَا تَأۡكُلُوهَآ إِسۡرَافٗا وَبِدَارًا أَن يَكۡبَرُواْۚ وَمَن كَانَ غَنِيّٗا فَلۡيَسۡتَعۡفِفۡۖ وَمَن كَانَ فَقِيرٗا فَلۡيَأۡكُلۡ بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِۚ فَإِذَا دَفَعۡتُمۡ إِلَيۡهِمۡ أَمۡوَٰلَهُمۡ فَأَشۡهِدُواْ عَلَيۡهِمۡۚ وَكَفَىٰ بِٱللَّهِ حَسِيبٗا

6. Test the orphans until they reach the age of marrige; then, if you discern in them of sound judgement, hand over their wealth to them. Do not consume it wastefully and hastily, lest they should grow up. Whoever is rich should abstain altogether, and whoever is poor may take of it reasonably. When you release to them their wealth, call witnesses in their presence. And Allāh is Enough as a Reckoner.
