ߞߘߐ ߟߎ߬ ߘߟߊߡߌ߬ߘߊ߬ߟߌ ߝߐߘߊ ߘߏ߫ ߡߏ߬ߛߏ ߟߎ߬ - ߊ߲߬ߞߌ߬ߟߋ߬ߞߊ߲ ߘߟߊߡߌߘߊ - ߊ߳ߺߊߓߑߘߎ߫ ߊ.ߟߟߊ߯ߤߌ߫ ߤ߭ߛߊߣߎ߲߫ ߦߊ߰ߞߎߓߊ߫ - ߞߐߜߍ ߝߙߍߕߍ 80 - ߞߎ߬ߙߣߊ߬ ߞߟߊߒߞߋ ߔߘߋߞߎ

15 : 4

وَٱلَّٰتِي يَأۡتِينَ ٱلۡفَٰحِشَةَ مِن نِّسَآئِكُمۡ فَٱسۡتَشۡهِدُواْ عَلَيۡهِنَّ أَرۡبَعَةٗ مِّنكُمۡۖ فَإِن شَهِدُواْ فَأَمۡسِكُوهُنَّ فِي ٱلۡبُيُوتِ حَتَّىٰ يَتَوَفَّىٰهُنَّ ٱلۡمَوۡتُ أَوۡ يَجۡعَلَ ٱللَّهُ لَهُنَّ سَبِيلٗا

15. As for those of your women who commit adultery, call to witness four [witnesses] from among you against them. If they bear witness, then confine them [i.e., the guilty women] to the houses until death takes them away, or Allāh sets out a way for them ^[4].

[4]. I.e., the penalty later revealed in Surah 24:2

16 : 4

وَٱلَّذَانِ يَأۡتِيَٰنِهَا مِنكُمۡ فَـَٔاذُوهُمَاۖ فَإِن تَابَا وَأَصۡلَحَا فَأَعۡرِضُواْ عَنۡهُمَآۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ تَوَّابٗا رَّحِيمًا

16. The two of you who commit this [sin], then punish them both. But if they both repent and reform, then turn away from them ^[5]. Indeed, Allāh is Ever-Relenting, Most Merciful.

[5]. Do not shame a sinner who has repented, for it may lead them back into sin. Encourage and support them instead, remembering that Allāh loves those who repent.

17 : 4

إِنَّمَا ٱلتَّوۡبَةُ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ لِلَّذِينَ يَعۡمَلُونَ ٱلسُّوٓءَ بِجَهَٰلَةٖ ثُمَّ يَتُوبُونَ مِن قَرِيبٖ فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ يَتُوبُ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيۡهِمۡۗ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمٗا

17. Allāh accepts only the repentance for those who commit iniquity out of ignorance, and then repent soon after. It is they to whom Allāh turns [in forgiveness]. And Allāh is ever All-Knowing, All-Wise.

18 : 4

وَلَيۡسَتِ ٱلتَّوۡبَةُ لِلَّذِينَ يَعۡمَلُونَ ٱلسَّيِّـَٔاتِ حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا حَضَرَ أَحَدَهُمُ ٱلۡمَوۡتُ قَالَ إِنِّي تُبۡتُ ٱلۡـَٰٔنَ وَلَا ٱلَّذِينَ يَمُوتُونَ وَهُمۡ كُفَّارٌۚ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ أَعۡتَدۡنَا لَهُمۡ عَذَابًا أَلِيمٗا

18. Repentance is not for those who [persist to] do evil deeds, until when death comes to one of them, he says: "Now I repent," and nor for those who die while they are disbelievers. For them We have prepared a painful punishment.

19 : 4

يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ لَا يَحِلُّ لَكُمۡ أَن تَرِثُواْ ٱلنِّسَآءَ كَرۡهٗاۖ وَلَا تَعۡضُلُوهُنَّ لِتَذۡهَبُواْ بِبَعۡضِ مَآ ءَاتَيۡتُمُوهُنَّ إِلَّآ أَن يَأۡتِينَ بِفَٰحِشَةٖ مُّبَيِّنَةٖۚ وَعَاشِرُوهُنَّ بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِۚ فَإِن كَرِهۡتُمُوهُنَّ فَعَسَىٰٓ أَن تَكۡرَهُواْ شَيۡـٔٗا وَيَجۡعَلَ ٱللَّهُ فِيهِ خَيۡرٗا كَثِيرٗا

19. O believers, it is not lawful for you to inherit women against [their] will ^[6]. Do not prevent them from marrying, in order to take back part of what you had given them - unless they commit a clear indecency.[Husbands love your wives and] treat them honorably. If you dislike them, then it may be that you dislike a thing which Allāh might yet make in it abundant good.

[6]. The reason behind this Verses' revelation had to do with pagan practice during the age of ignorance whereby: “When a man dies, his close male relatives claimed more of a right to his wife than her own family. If they wished, they could marry her ˹to one of them˺, or marry her off to anybody, or hold her back from marriage”. The fact of the matter is that these women hate what is being done to them and are forced into it, against their will.
