ߞߘߐ ߟߎ߬ ߘߟߊߡߌ߬ߘߊ߬ߟߌ ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫ 38 ߝߐߘߊ ߘߏ߫ ߛߎ߬ߡߊ߲߬ߝߍ - ߊ߲߬ߞߌ߬ߟߋ߬ߞߊ߲ ߘߟߊߡߌߘߊ - ߊ߳ߺߊߓߑߘߎ߫ ߊ.ߟߟߊ߯ߤߌ߫ ߤ߭ߛߊߣߎ߲߫ ߦߊ߰ߞߎߓߊ߫ - ߞߎ߬ߙߣߊ߬ ߞߟߊߒߞߋ ߔߘߋߞߎ

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 38

وَٱلسَّارِقُ وَٱلسَّارِقَةُ فَٱقۡطَعُوٓاْ أَيۡدِيَهُمَا جَزَآءَۢ بِمَا كَسَبَا نَكَٰلٗا مِّنَ ٱللَّهِۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٞ

38. As for the thief, male or female, cut off their hands as a recompense for that which they have committed39, as a deterrent punishment from Allāh. And Allāh is All-Mighty, All-Wise.

39. Theft proven either by confession or by the testimony of two reliable eye witnesses, and it is not an opportunistic theft but rather a deliberate break in to property.
