قُل لَّا يَسۡتَوِي ٱلۡخَبِيثُ وَٱلطَّيِّبُ وَلَوۡ أَعۡجَبَكَ كَثۡرَةُ ٱلۡخَبِيثِۚ فَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ يَٰٓأُوْلِي ٱلۡأَلۡبَٰبِ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تُفۡلِحُونَ
100. Say: "The filthy [72] and the pure [73] are not equal, though the abundance of filthy may impress you." So fear Allāh [74], O people of understanding, that you may succeed and prosper.
[72]. All that is bad as regards things, deeds, beliefs, persons, and foods.
[73]. All that is good as regards things, deeds, beliefs, persons, and foods.
[74]. Fear Allâh: i.e. abstain from all kinds of sins and evil deeds which He has forbidden and love Allâh much by performing all kinds of good deeds which He has ordained.
