18 : 3

18. Allāh bears witness that there is no god (worthy of worship) except Him - as do the angels and those endowed with knowledge - upholding justice. There is no deity but Him, the All-Mighty, the All-Wise. info

19 : 3

19. Truly, the religion with Allāh is Islam [5]. Those who were given the Scripture did not differ untill after knowledge had come to them - out of envy among themselves. And whoever rejects the revelations of Allāh, then surely Allāh is swift in Reckoning. info

[5]. The meaning of the word 'Islām' is "submission to the will of God." This is the way of life ordained by God and taught by all of the prophets from Adam to Prophet Muḥammad (ﷺ). It conveys two meanings: yielding and surrender, and devoting one’s surrender to Allāh (God) alone. A Muslim is the one who submits and surrenders himself to God.

20 : 3

20. So if they dispute with you, (O Muhammad), say, "I have submitted myself to Allāh and (so have) those who follow me." And say to those who were given the Scripture, as well as the unlettered (i.e., the pagans): "Have you submitted [to Him]?" If they submit, they will be rightly guided; but if they turn away, then upon you [O Prophet] is only the duty of delivery of (the Message). And Allāh is All-Seeing of (His) servants. info
