Câu: 30

قُل لِّلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ يَغُضُّواْ مِنۡ أَبۡصَٰرِهِمۡ وَيَحۡفَظُواْ فُرُوجَهُمۡۚ ذَٰلِكَ أَزۡكَىٰ لَهُمۡۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ خَبِيرُۢ بِمَا يَصۡنَعُونَ

30. Tell to the believing men to 'maintain their modesty', lower their gaze from what is unlawful12 and to guard their carnal desires. This is purer for them. Surely Allāh is All-Aware of what they do.

12. Such as looking with lust at women who are not their wives. Anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed sin.
