فَمَن تَوَلَّىٰ بَعۡدَ ذَٰلِكَ فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡفَٰسِقُونَ

(82) Whoever takes to his heels after this ˹solemn pledge˺, then these are the transgressors.
