وَيَقُولُونَ مَتَىٰ هَٰذَا ٱلۡوَعۡدُ إِن كُنتُمۡ صَٰدِقِينَ

48. They ask: "When will this threat11 come about, if you speak the truth?"

11. I.e., their due punishment in this life or the coming of the Hour of Doom.
