وَلَآ أُقۡسِمُ بِٱلنَّفۡسِ ٱللَّوَّامَةِ

2. And I swear by the self-reproaching soul¹. 

1. Of the believer, which blames oneself whenever falls into sin or error, that you will certainly be resurrected.
