Ayah: 1

وَٱلۡعَٰدِيَٰتِ ضَبۡحٗا
وَالْعَادِيَاتِ ضَبْحًا: قَسَمٌ بِالخَيْلِ الجَارِيَةِ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ، حِينَ يَظْهَرُ صَوْتُهَا مِنْ سُرْعَةِ عَدْوِهَا.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 2

فَٱلۡمُورِيَٰتِ قَدۡحٗا
فَالْمُورِيَاتِ قَدْحًا: فَالمُوقِدَاتِ بِحَوَافِرِهَا النَّارَ مِنْ شِدَّةِ عَدْوِهَا.

Ayah: 3

فَٱلۡمُغِيرَٰتِ صُبۡحٗا
فَالْمُغِيرَاتِ صُبْحًا: فَالخَيْلِ الَّتِي تُغِيرُ وَتُبَاغِتُ العَدُوَّ صَبَاحًا.

فَأَثَرۡنَ بِهِۦ نَقۡعٗا
فَأَثَرْنَ: فَهَيَّجْنَ.
نَقْعًا: غُبَارًا.

فَوَسَطۡنَ بِهِۦ جَمۡعًا
فَوَسَطْنَ بِهِ جَمْعًا: فَتَوَسَّطْنَ بِرُكْبَانِهِنَّ جُمُوعَ الأَعْدَاءِ.

إِنَّ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنَ لِرَبِّهِۦ لَكَنُودٞ
لَكَنُودٌ: لَجَحُودٌ.

وَإِنَّهُۥ عَلَىٰ ذَٰلِكَ لَشَهِيدٞ
لَشَهِيدٌ: لَمُقِرٌّ عَلَى جُحُودِهِ.

وَإِنَّهُۥ لِحُبِّ ٱلۡخَيۡرِ لَشَدِيدٌ
الْخَيْرِ: المَالِ.

۞ أَفَلَا يَعۡلَمُ إِذَا بُعۡثِرَ مَا فِي ٱلۡقُبُورِ
بُعْثِرَ: أُثِيرَ، وَأُخْرِجَ.

وَحُصِّلَ مَا فِي ٱلصُّدُورِ
