Ayah: 1

ٱقۡرَأۡ بِٱسۡمِ رَبِّكَ ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَ

خَلَقَ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنَ مِنۡ عَلَقٍ
عَلَقٍ: قِطْعَةِ دَمٍ غَلِيظٍ.

كَلَّآ إِنَّ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنَ لَيَطۡغَىٰٓ
كَلَّا: حَقًّا.
لَيَطْغَى: لَيَتَجَاوُزُ الحَدَّ فِي العِصْيَانِ، وَالكِبْرِ.

Ayah: 7

أَن رَّءَاهُ ٱسۡتَغۡنَىٰٓ
أَنْ رَّآهُ اسْتَغْنَى: بِسَبَبِ أَنْ رَأَى نَفْسَهُ مُسْتَغِنيًا بِمَالِهِ.

إِنَّ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ ٱلرُّجۡعَىٰٓ
الرُّجْعَى: الرُّجُوعَ، وَالمَصِيرَ.

أَرَءَيۡتَ إِن كَذَّبَ وَتَوَلَّىٰٓ
وَتَوَلَّى: أَعْرَضَ عَنِ الإِيمَانِ.

أَلَمۡ يَعۡلَم بِأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَرَىٰ

كَلَّا لَئِن لَّمۡ يَنتَهِ لَنَسۡفَعَۢا بِٱلنَّاصِيَةِ
لَنَسْفَعًا: لَنَاخُذَنْهُ أَخْذًا عَنِيفًا فَنَطْرَحُهُ فِي النَّارِ.
بِالنَّاصِيَةِ: بِمُقَدَّمِ رَاسِهِ.

نَاصِيَةٖ كَٰذِبَةٍ خَاطِئَةٖ
خَاطِئَةٍ: آثِمَةٍ.

فَلۡيَدۡعُ نَادِيَهُۥ
فَلْيَدْعُ: فَلْيُحْضِرْ، وَلْيُنَادِ.
نَادِيَه: أَهْلَ مَجْلِسِهِ مِنْ قَوْمِهِ، وَعَشِيرَتِهِ.

سَنَدۡعُ ٱلزَّبَانِيَةَ
الزَّبَانِيَةَ: مَلَائِكَةَ العَذَابِ.

وَاقْتَرِبْ: ادْنُ مِنْهُ بِالطَّاعَةِ.
