Ayah: 4

إِن كُلُّ نَفۡسٖ لَّمَّا عَلَيۡهَا حَافِظٞ
4. There is no soul but over it is a keeper¹.
1. I.e., angels in charge of each human being guarding him, writing his good and bad deeds.
