Al 'Adiyâte

Purposes of the Surah:
تحذير الإنسان من الجحود والطمع بتذكيره بالآخرة.
Elle énumère de quelle manière l’être humain exprime son intérêt pour le bas monde en guise de rappel de ce que sera son sort et d’incitation à corriger son comportement.

Ayah: 1

وَٱلۡعَٰدِيَٰتِ ضَبۡحٗا
Allah prête serment par les chevaux qui courent tellement vite que leur respiration émet un bruit,
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 2

فَٱلۡمُورِيَٰتِ قَدۡحٗا
dont les sabots font jaillir des étincelles au contact des pierres,

Ayah: 3

فَٱلۡمُغِيرَٰتِ صُبۡحٗا
qui attaquent l’ennemi au matin,

Ayah: 4

فَأَثَرۡنَ بِهِۦ نَقۡعٗا
font voler la poussière à leur passage,

فَوَسَطۡنَ بِهِۦ جَمۡعًا
et pénètrent au centre d’une troupe ennemie.

Benefits of the verses in this page:
• خشية الله سبب في رضاه عن عبده.
La crainte d’Allah est une des causes de Son agrément pour Son serviteur.
• شهادة الأرض على أعمال بني آدم.
La Terre témoignera des agissements des êtres humains.
