Ayah: 1

لَآ أُقۡسِمُ بِهَٰذَا ٱلۡبَلَدِ
Mbeɗa woondira e ndii leydi.

Ayah: 2

وَأَنتَ حِلُّۢ بِهَٰذَا ٱلۡبَلَدِ
A aan haɗa daganana ndii leydi.

Ayah: 3

وَوَالِدٖ وَمَا وَلَدَ
E jiknaaɗo e ko jibini.

Ayah: 4

لَقَدۡ خَلَقۡنَا ٱلۡإِنسَٰنَ فِي كَبَدٍ
Ko goongo Min tagii neɗɗo e nder tampere.

أَيَحۡسَبُ أَن لَّن يَقۡدِرَ عَلَيۡهِ أَحَدٞ
Mbela o sikkat alah baawɗo e makko hay huunde.

يَقُولُ أَهۡلَكۡتُ مَالٗا لُّبَدًا
O wiya mi tottarii jawdi keewndi.

أَيَحۡسَبُ أَن لَّمۡ يَرَهُۥٓ أَحَدٌ
Mbelo o sikku hay gooto yi*aani mbo.

أَلَمۡ نَجۡعَل لَّهُۥ عَيۡنَيۡنِ
Mbela Min mbaɗanaani mbo gite ɗiɗe.

E ɗemngal e toni ɗiɗi.

فَلَا ٱقۡتَحَمَ ٱلۡعَقَبَةَ
Ko haɗi mbo falgude palal.

وَمَآ أَدۡرَىٰكَ مَا ٱلۡعَقَبَةُ
Ko honɗum anndin maa ko woni palal?

فَكُّ رَقَبَةٍ
Ko rimɗinde daande.

أَوۡ إِطۡعَٰمٞ فِي يَوۡمٖ ذِي مَسۡغَبَةٖ
Wollo ñamminde e ñalngu heege sattunge.

يَتِيمٗا ذَا مَقۡرَبَةٍ
Alyatiime jiidaaɗo ko ɓadii.

أَوۡ مِسۡكِينٗا ذَا مَتۡرَبَةٖ
Wollo miskiin baasɗo sanne.

ثُمَّ كَانَ مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَتَوَاصَوۡاْ بِٱلصَّبۡرِ وَتَوَاصَوۡاْ بِٱلۡمَرۡحَمَةِ
Refti o laati ummaade e ɓeen goonɗinɓe ɓe mbasandiri mouñal ɓe mbasandiri e yurmeende.

أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلۡمَيۡمَنَةِ
Ko ɓeen ngoni jom en ñaame.

وَٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا هُمۡ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلۡمَشۡـَٔمَةِ
