અસ્ સોફ્ફાત

Ayah: 1

وَالصّٰٓفّٰتِ صَفًّا ۟ۙ
૧. લાઈનબંધ ઊભા રહેનારા (ફરિશ્તાઓ)ની કસમ!

فَالزّٰجِرٰتِ زَجْرًا ۟ۙ
૨. પછી સંપૂર્ણ રીતે ધમકી આપનારાઓની.

فَالتّٰلِیٰتِ ذِكْرًا ۟ۙ
૩. પછી તેમની જે ઝિકર (કુરઆન)ની તિલાવત કરવાવાળા છે.

اِنَّ اِلٰهَكُمْ لَوَاحِدٌ ۟ؕ
૪. નિ:શંક તમારા સૌનો ઇલાહ એક જ છે.

Ayah: 5

رَبُّ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضِ وَمَا بَیْنَهُمَا وَرَبُّ الْمَشَارِقِ ۟ؕ
૫. જે આકાશો અને ધરતીનો પાલનહાર છે અને તે વસ્તુઓનો પણ, જે તે બન્નેની વચ્ચે છે અને પશ્વિમનો પાલનહાર તે જ છે.

Ayah: 6

اِنَّا زَیَّنَّا السَّمَآءَ الدُّنْیَا بِزِیْنَةِ ١لْكَوَاكِبِ ۟ۙ
૬. અમે દુનિયાના આકાશને તારાઓથી શણગાર્યું.

وَحِفْظًا مِّنْ كُلِّ شَیْطٰنٍ مَّارِدٍ ۟ۚ
૭. અને વિદ્રોહી શેતાનોથી સુરક્ષા કરી.

Ayah: 8

لَا یَسَّمَّعُوْنَ اِلَی الْمَلَاِ الْاَعْلٰی وَیُقْذَفُوْنَ مِنْ كُلِّ جَانِبٍ ۟
૮. તે ઉપરની વાતો સાંભળી જ નથી શકતા અને દરેક બાજુથી તેઓને મારવામાં આવે છે.

Ayah: 9

دُحُوْرًا وَّلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ وَّاصِبٌ ۟ۙ
૯. જેથી તેઓ ભાગી જાય અને તેમના માટે હંમેશા રહેવાવાળો અઝાબ છે.

Ayah: 10

اِلَّا مَنْ خَطِفَ الْخَطْفَةَ فَاَتْبَعَهٗ شِهَابٌ ثَاقِبٌ ۟
૧૦. પરંતુ જે કોઇ એકાદ વાત સાંભળી લે તો (તરત જ) તેની પાછળ સળગેલો અંગારો લાગી જાય છે.

فَاسْتَفْتِهِمْ اَهُمْ اَشَدُّ خَلْقًا اَمْ مَّنْ خَلَقْنَا ؕ— اِنَّا خَلَقْنٰهُمْ مِّنْ طِیْنٍ لَّازِبٍ ۟
૧૧. (હે નબી!) તમે તેમને સવાલ કરો કે તમારું સર્જન કરવું વધારે અઘરું છે અથવા જેમનું અમે (તેમના ઉપરાંત) સર્જન કર્યું? અમે (માનવીઓ)નું સર્જન ચીકણી માટી વડે કર્યું.

بَلْ عَجِبْتَ وَیَسْخَرُوْنَ ۪۟
૧૨. પરંતુ તમે આશ્વર્ય પામો છો અને આ લોકો મશ્કરી કરી રહ્યા છે.

Ayah: 13

وَاِذَا ذُكِّرُوْا لَا یَذْكُرُوْنَ ۪۟
૧૩. અને જ્યારે તેમને શિખામણ આપવામાં આવે છે, તો આ લોકો માનતા નથી .

وَاِذَا رَاَوْا اٰیَةً یَّسْتَسْخِرُوْنَ ۪۟
૧૪. અને જ્યારે કોઇ નિશાની જુએ છે, તો તેની મશ્કરી કરે છે.

Ayah: 15

وَقَالُوْۤا اِنْ هٰذَاۤ اِلَّا سِحْرٌ مُّبِیْنٌ ۟ۚۖ
૧૫. અને કહે છે કે આ તો ખુલ્લુ જાદુ છે.

Ayah: 16

ءَاِذَا مِتْنَا وَكُنَّا تُرَابًا وَّعِظَامًا ءَاِنَّا لَمَبْعُوْثُوْنَ ۟ۙ
૧૬. શું જ્યારે આપણે મૃત્યુ પામીશું અને માટી તથા હાડકાં થઇ જઇશું, તો શું ફરીવાર આપણને ઉઠાવવામાં આવશે?

اَوَاٰبَآؤُنَا الْاَوَّلُوْنَ ۟ؕ
૧૭. શું આપણા પૂર્વજોને પણ ઉઠાવવામાં આવશે?

Ayah: 18

قُلْ نَعَمْ وَاَنْتُمْ دَاخِرُوْنَ ۟ۚ
૧૮. તમે તેમને જવાબ આપી દો કે હા (આવું જરૂર થશે) અને તમારૂ અપમાન પણ થશે.

Ayah: 19

فَاِنَّمَا هِیَ زَجْرَةٌ وَّاحِدَةٌ فَاِذَا هُمْ یَنْظُرُوْنَ ۟
૧૯. તે તો ફક્ત એક સખત ઝટકો હશે, અચાનક તેઓ બધું જ જોવા લાગશે.

Ayah: 20

وَقَالُوْا یٰوَیْلَنَا هٰذَا یَوْمُ الدِّیْنِ ۟
૨૦. અને કહેશે કે હાય અમારું દુર્ભાગ્ય! આ જ બદલાનો દિવસ છે.

Ayah: 21

هٰذَا یَوْمُ الْفَصْلِ الَّذِیْ كُنْتُمْ بِهٖ تُكَذِّبُوْنَ ۟۠
૨૧. (ફરી તેમને કેહવામાં આવશે) આ જ નિર્ણયનો દિવસ છે, જેને તમે જુઠલાવતા હતા.

اُحْشُرُوا الَّذِیْنَ ظَلَمُوْا وَاَزْوَاجَهُمْ وَمَا كَانُوْا یَعْبُدُوْنَ ۟ۙ
૨૨. (ફરિશ્તાઓને કહેવામાં આવશે કે) જાલિમ લોકોને અને તેમના સાથીઓને અને જેમની તેઓ અલ્લાહને છોડીને બંદગી કરતા હતા, બધાને એકઠા કરો

مِنْ دُوْنِ اللّٰهِ فَاهْدُوْهُمْ اِلٰی صِرَاطِ الْجَحِیْمِ ۟
૨૩. (તે સૌને) ભેગા કરી તેમને જહન્નમનો માર્ગ બતાવી દો.

وَقِفُوْهُمْ اِنَّهُمْ مَّسْـُٔوْلُوْنَ ۟ۙ
૨૪. અને તેમને ઉભા રાખો, તેમને સવાલ પુછવામાં આવશે.

Ayah: 25

مَا لَكُمْ لَا تَنَاصَرُوْنَ ۟
૨૫. તમને શું થઇ ગયું છે કે (આજે) તમે એકબીજાની મદદ કેમ નથી કરતા?

Ayah: 26

بَلْ هُمُ الْیَوْمَ مُسْتَسْلِمُوْنَ ۟
૨૬. પરંતુ તે (સૌ) આજના દિવસે આજ્ઞાકારી બની ગયા હશે.

Ayah: 27

وَاَقْبَلَ بَعْضُهُمْ عَلٰی بَعْضٍ یَّتَسَآءَلُوْنَ ۟
૨૭. તે એકબીજા તરફ જોઇ સવાલ-જવાબ કરવા લાગશે.

Ayah: 28

قَالُوْۤا اِنَّكُمْ كُنْتُمْ تَاْتُوْنَنَا عَنِ الْیَمِیْنِ ۟
૨૮. (કમજોર લોકો મોટા લોકોને) કહેશે કે તમે તો અમારી પાસે અમારી જમણી બાજુથી આવતા હતા.

Ayah: 29

قَالُوْا بَلْ لَّمْ تَكُوْنُوْا مُؤْمِنِیْنَ ۟ۚ
૨૯. (મોટા લોકો) જવાબ આપશે કે ના (આવું નથી) પરંતુ તમે જ ઈમાન લાવનારા ન હતા.

Ayah: 30

وَمَا كَانَ لَنَا عَلَیْكُمْ مِّنْ سُلْطٰنٍ ۚ— بَلْ كُنْتُمْ قَوْمًا طٰغِیْنَ ۟
૩૦. અને અમારી બળજબરી તમારા પર હતી (જ) નહીં, પરંતુ તમે (પોતે) વિદ્રોહી હતા.

Ayah: 31

فَحَقَّ عَلَیْنَا قَوْلُ رَبِّنَاۤ ۖۗ— اِنَّا لَذَآىِٕقُوْنَ ۟
૩૧. આજે અમારા પાલનહારનીએ વાત અમારા માટે સાબિત થઇ ગઈ કે અમે અઝાબનો સ્વાદ ચાખીશું.

Ayah: 32

فَاَغْوَیْنٰكُمْ اِنَّا كُنَّا غٰوِیْنَ ۟
૩૨. બસ! અમે તમને ગુમરાહ કર્યા કારણકે અમે પોતે જ ગુમરાહ હતા.

Ayah: 33

فَاِنَّهُمْ یَوْمَىِٕذٍ فِی الْعَذَابِ مُشْتَرِكُوْنَ ۟
૩૩. આજના દિવસે તો (બધા જ) અઝાબમાં બરાબરના ભાગીદાર હશે.

اِنَّا كَذٰلِكَ نَفْعَلُ بِالْمُجْرِمِیْنَ ۟
૩૪. અમે અપરાધીઓ સાથે આવું જ કરીએ છીએ.

Ayah: 35

اِنَّهُمْ كَانُوْۤا اِذَا قِیْلَ لَهُمْ لَاۤ اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللّٰهُ یَسْتَكْبِرُوْنَ ۟ۙ
૩૫. જ્યારે તેમને કહેવામાં આવે કે અલ્લાહ સિવાય કોઇ ઇલાહ નથી, તો આ લોકો ઘમંડ કરવા લાગતા.

Ayah: 36

وَیَقُوْلُوْنَ اَىِٕنَّا لَتَارِكُوْۤا اٰلِهَتِنَا لِشَاعِرٍ مَّجْنُوْنٍ ۟ؕ
૩૬. અને કહેતા હતા કે શું અમે એક પાગલ કવિની વાત માની લઇને અમારા મઅબૂદોને છોડી દઇએ?

Ayah: 37

بَلْ جَآءَ بِالْحَقِّ وَصَدَّقَ الْمُرْسَلِیْنَ ۟
૩૭. જો કે તે (પયગંબર) તો સત્ય લઈને લાવ્યા અને તેણે દરેક પયગંબરોને પુષ્ટિ કરી હતી.

Ayah: 38

اِنَّكُمْ لَذَآىِٕقُوا الْعَذَابِ الْاَلِیْمِ ۟ۚ
૩૮. (ફરી તેમને કહેવામાં આવશે) કે આજે તમારે દુ:ખદાયી અઝાબનો સ્વાદ ચાખવો પડશે.

وَمَا تُجْزَوْنَ اِلَّا مَا كُنْتُمْ تَعْمَلُوْنَ ۟ۙ
૩૯. તમને તેનો જ બદલો આપવામાં આવશે, જે તમે કરતા હતા.

Ayah: 40

اِلَّا عِبَادَ اللّٰهِ الْمُخْلَصِیْنَ ۟
૪૦. પરંતુ અલ્લાહ તઆલાના મુખલિસ (નિખાલસ) બંદાઓ (આ અઝાબથી) સુરક્ષિત હશે.

اُولٰٓىِٕكَ لَهُمْ رِزْقٌ مَّعْلُوْمٌ ۟ۙ
૪૧. તેમના માટે નક્કી કરેલ રોજી હશે.

فَوَاكِهُ ۚ— وَهُمْ مُّكْرَمُوْنَ ۟ۙ
૪૨. અર્થાત (દરેક પ્રકારના) ફળો અને તે ઇજજતવાળા, પ્રતિષ્ઠિત હશે.

فِیْ جَنّٰتِ النَّعِیْمِ ۟ۙ
૪૩. નેઅમતો વાળી જન્નતોમાં,

عَلٰی سُرُرٍ مُّتَقٰبِلِیْنَ ۟
૪૪. આસનો પર એકબીજાની સામે બેઠા હશે.

یُطَافُ عَلَیْهِمْ بِكَاْسٍ مِّنْ مَّعِیْنٍ ۟ۙ
૪૫. સાફ શરાબના પ્યાલા ભરી-ભરીને તેમની વચ્ચે ફેરવવામાં આવશે.

بَیْضَآءَ لَذَّةٍ لِّلشّٰرِبِیْنَ ۟ۚ
૪૬. જે પારદર્શક હશે અને પીવામાં સ્વાદિષ્ટ હશે.

Ayah: 47

لَا فِیْهَا غَوْلٌ وَّلَا هُمْ عَنْهَا یُنْزَفُوْنَ ۟
૪૭. ન તેનાથી માથાનો દુખાવો થશે અને ન તો તેઓ વિકૃત થશે.

Ayah: 48

وَعِنْدَهُمْ قٰصِرٰتُ الطَّرْفِ عِیْنٌ ۟ۙ
૪૮. અને તેમની પાસે નીચી નજરોવાળી, સુંદર આંખોવાળી (હૂરો) હશે.

كَاَنَّهُنَّ بَیْضٌ مَّكْنُوْنٌ ۟
૪૯. એવી, જેવું કે છૂપાયેલા ઇંડા હોય.

فَاَقْبَلَ بَعْضُهُمْ عَلٰی بَعْضٍ یَّتَسَآءَلُوْنَ ۟
૫૦. (જન્નતી લોકો) એકબીજા સામે જોઇ સવાલ કરશે,

Ayah: 51

قَالَ قَآىِٕلٌ مِّنْهُمْ اِنِّیْ كَانَ لِیْ قَرِیْنٌ ۟ۙ
૫૧. તેમના માંથી એક કહેશે કે (દુનિયામાં) મારો એક મિત્ર હતો,

یَّقُوْلُ ءَاِنَّكَ لَمِنَ الْمُصَدِّقِیْنَ ۟
૫૨. જે મને કહેતો હતો કે શું તું પણ (કયામતના દિવસ પર) યકીન કરવાવાળાઓ માંથી બની ગયો?

Ayah: 53

ءَاِذَا مِتْنَا وَكُنَّا تُرَابًا وَّعِظَامًا ءَاِنَّا لَمَدِیْنُوْنَ ۟
૫૩. શું જ્યારે આપણે મૃત્યુ પામી, માટી અને હાડકાં બની જઇશું, તે દિવસે આપણને બદલો આપવામાં આવશે?

قَالَ هَلْ اَنْتُمْ مُّطَّلِعُوْنَ ۟
૫૪. પછી તે કહેશે કે શું તમે તેની દશા જોવા ઇચ્છો છો?

فَاطَّلَعَ فَرَاٰهُ فِیْ سَوَآءِ الْجَحِیْمِ ۟
૫૫. જોતાં ની સાથે જ તેને જહન્નમની વચ્ચે જોશે.

Ayah: 56

قَالَ تَاللّٰهِ اِنْ كِدْتَّ لَتُرْدِیْنِ ۟ۙ
૫૬. કહેશે, અલ્લાહ! શક્ય હતું કે તું મને (પણ) બરબાદ કરી દેતો.

Ayah: 57

وَلَوْلَا نِعْمَةُ رَبِّیْ لَكُنْتُ مِنَ الْمُحْضَرِیْنَ ۟
૫૭. જો મારા પાલનહારનો ઉપકાર ન હોત, તો હું પણ જહન્નમમાં હાજર કરવાવાળાઓ માંથી હોત.

Ayah: 58

اَفَمَا نَحْنُ بِمَیِّتِیْنَ ۟ۙ
૫૮. પછી (ખુશીથી પોતાના દિલમાં કહેશે) શું હવે અમે મૃત્યુ પામવાના જ નથી?

Ayah: 59

اِلَّا مَوْتَتَنَا الْاُوْلٰی وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمُعَذَّبِیْنَ ۟
૫૯. અમારે પ્રથમ વખત જ મૃત્યુ પામવાના હતા, હવે અમને અઝાબ પણ નહીં થાય.

اِنَّ هٰذَا لَهُوَ الْفَوْزُ الْعَظِیْمُ ۟
૬૦. પછી તો આ ભવ્ય સફળતા છે.

لِمِثْلِ هٰذَا فَلْیَعْمَلِ الْعٰمِلُوْنَ ۟
૬૧. આવી (સફળતા) માટે કર્મો કરનારાઓએ કર્મ કરવા જોઇએ.

Ayah: 62

اَذٰلِكَ خَیْرٌ نُّزُلًا اَمْ شَجَرَةُ الزَّقُّوْمِ ۟
૬૨. શું આ મહેમાન નવાજી સારી છે અથવા ઝક્કુમ (થોર)ના વૃક્ષની?

Ayah: 63

اِنَّا جَعَلْنٰهَا فِتْنَةً لِّلظّٰلِمِیْنَ ۟
૬૩. જેને અમે જાલિમ લોકો માટે એક અજમાયશ બનાવ્યું છે.

Ayah: 64

اِنَّهَا شَجَرَةٌ تَخْرُجُ فِیْۤ اَصْلِ الْجَحِیْمِ ۟ۙ
૬૪. તે વૃક્ષ જહન્નમની જડ માંથી નીકળે છે.

Ayah: 65

طَلْعُهَا كَاَنَّهٗ رُءُوْسُ الشَّیٰطِیْنِ ۟
૬૫. જેના ગુચ્છા શેતાનોના માથા જેવા છે.

Ayah: 66

فَاِنَّهُمْ لَاٰكِلُوْنَ مِنْهَا فَمَالِـُٔوْنَ مِنْهَا الْبُطُوْنَ ۟ؕ
૬૬. (જહન્નમના લોકો) આ જ વૃક્ષને ખાશે અને તેનાથી જ પેટ ભરશે.

Ayah: 67

ثُمَّ اِنَّ لَهُمْ عَلَیْهَا لَشَوْبًا مِّنْ حَمِیْمٍ ۟ۚ
૬૭. પછી તેના ઉપર પીવા માટે, ઊકળતું પાણી લાવવામાં આવશે.

ثُمَّ اِنَّ مَرْجِعَهُمْ لَاۡاِلَی الْجَحِیْمِ ۟
૬૮. પછી તે સૌને જહન્નમ તરફ ફેરવવામાં આવશે.

Ayah: 69

اِنَّهُمْ اَلْفَوْا اٰبَآءَهُمْ ضَآلِّیْنَ ۟ۙ
૬૯. તે લોકોએ પોતાના પૂર્વજોને ગુમરાહ જોયા.

Ayah: 70

فَهُمْ عَلٰۤی اٰثٰرِهِمْ یُهْرَعُوْنَ ۟
૭૦. અને આ લોકો તેમના જ માર્ગ ઉપર દોડતા રહ્યા.

Ayah: 71

وَلَقَدْ ضَلَّ قَبْلَهُمْ اَكْثَرُ الْاَوَّلِیْنَ ۟ۙ
૭૧. જો કે તેમના પહેલાના ઘણા લોકો ગુમરાહ થઇ ગયા હતા.

Ayah: 72

وَلَقَدْ اَرْسَلْنَا فِیْهِمْ مُّنْذِرِیْنَ ۟
૭૨. જેમની પાસે અમે ડરાવનાર મોકલ્યા હતા.

Ayah: 73

فَانْظُرْ كَیْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الْمُنْذَرِیْنَ ۟ۙ
૭૩. હવે તમે જોઇ લો કે જે લોકોને ધમકી આપવામાં આવી હતી, તેમની દશા કેવી થઇ.

Ayah: 74

اِلَّا عِبَادَ اللّٰهِ الْمُخْلَصِیْنَ ۟۠
૭૪. (તે લોકો માંથી) ફક્ત નિખાલસ બંદાઓ જ સુરક્ષિત રહ્યા.

Ayah: 75

وَلَقَدْ نَادٰىنَا نُوْحٌ فَلَنِعْمَ الْمُجِیْبُوْنَ ۟ؗۖ
૭૫. અને અમને નૂહએ પોકાર્યા, તો (જોઇ લો) અમે કેટલા શ્રેષ્ઠ દુઆ કબૂલ કરનારા છે.

وَنَجَّیْنٰهُ وَاَهْلَهٗ مِنَ الْكَرْبِ الْعَظِیْمِ ۟ؗۖ
૭૬. અમે તેમને અને તેમના ઘરવાળાઓને તે ભયાનક મુસીબતથી બચાવી દીધા.

وَجَعَلْنَا ذُرِّیَّتَهٗ هُمُ الْبٰقِیْنَ ۟ؗۖ
૭૭. અને ફક્ત તેમની સંતાનને બાકી રાખી.

Ayah: 78

وَتَرَكْنَا عَلَیْهِ فِی الْاٰخِرِیْنَ ۟ؗۖ
૭૮. અને અમે તેમનું (સારું નામ) પાછળના લોકોમાં જાળવી રાખ્યું.

سَلٰمٌ عَلٰی نُوْحٍ فِی الْعٰلَمِیْنَ ۟
૭૯. નૂહ પર સમગ્ર સૃષ્ટિના સલામ છે.

اِنَّا كَذٰلِكَ نَجْزِی الْمُحْسِنِیْنَ ۟
૮૦. અમે સત્કાર્ય કરવાવાળાઓને આવી જ રીતે બદલો આપીએ છીએ.

اِنَّهٗ مِنْ عِبَادِنَا الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَ ۟
૮૧. તે અમારા ઈમાનવાળા બંદાઓ માંથી હતા.

ثُمَّ اَغْرَقْنَا الْاٰخَرِیْنَ ۟
૮૨. પછી અમે બીજાને ડુબાડી દીધા.

وَاِنَّ مِنْ شِیْعَتِهٖ لَاِبْرٰهِیْمَ ۟ۘ
૮૩. અને તે (નૂહનું) અનુસરણ કરનારાઓ માંથી (જ) ઇબ્રાહીમ પણ હતા.

اِذْ جَآءَ رَبَّهٗ بِقَلْبٍ سَلِیْمٍ ۟
૮૪. જ્યારે પોતાના પાલનહાર પાસે પવિત્ર દિલ લઈને આવ્યા.

Ayah: 85

اِذْ قَالَ لِاَبِیْهِ وَقَوْمِهٖ مَاذَا تَعْبُدُوْنَ ۟ۚ
૮૫. તેમણે પોતાના પિતા અને કોમના લોકોને કહ્યું, તમે કઇ વસ્તુની પૂજા કરી રહ્યા છો?

Ayah: 86

اَىِٕفْكًا اٰلِهَةً دُوْنَ اللّٰهِ تُرِیْدُوْنَ ۟ؕ
૮૬. શું તમે અલ્લાહ ને છોડીને ઘડી કાઢેલા પૂજ્યો ઇચ્છો છો?

Ayah: 87

فَمَا ظَنُّكُمْ بِرَبِّ الْعٰلَمِیْنَ ۟
૮૭. તો એવું (જણાવો કે) તમે સમગ્રસૃષ્ટિના પાલનહારને શું સમજો છો?

فَنَظَرَ نَظْرَةً فِی النُّجُوْمِ ۟ۙ
૮૮. પછી (એકવાર) તેમણે તારાઓ તરફ એક નજર કરી.

فَقَالَ اِنِّیْ سَقِیْمٌ ۟
૮૯. અને કહ્યું કે હું બિમાર છું.

فَتَوَلَّوْا عَنْهُ مُدْبِرِیْنَ ۟
૯૦. આમ તે લોકો તેનાથી મોઢું ફેરવી જતા રહ્યા.

فَرَاغَ اِلٰۤی اٰلِهَتِهِمْ فَقَالَ اَلَا تَاْكُلُوْنَ ۟ۚ
૯૧. (ઇબ્રાહીમ) તેમના પૂજ્યો પાસે ગયા અને કહેવા લાગ્યા કે તમે ભોજન કેમ નથી લેતા?

Ayah: 92

مَا لَكُمْ لَا تَنْطِقُوْنَ ۟
૯૨. તમને શું થઇ ગયું છે કે વાત પણ નથી કરતા.

فَرَاغَ عَلَیْهِمْ ضَرْبًا بِالْیَمِیْنِ ۟
૯૩. પછી જમણા હાથ વડે તેમને ખૂબ મારવા લાગ્યા.

Ayah: 94

فَاَقْبَلُوْۤا اِلَیْهِ یَزِفُّوْنَ ۟
૯૪. (પાછા આવીને કોમે જ્યારે આ સ્થિતિ જોઈ) દોડતા દોડતા ઈબ્રાહીમ પાસે આવ્યા.

Ayah: 95

قَالَ اَتَعْبُدُوْنَ مَا تَنْحِتُوْنَ ۟ۙ
૯૫. (ઇબ્રાહીમે) કહ્યું, શું તમે તેમની પૂજા કરી રહ્યા છો, જેમને તમે પોતે જ કોતરો છો.

Ayah: 96

وَاللّٰهُ خَلَقَكُمْ وَمَا تَعْمَلُوْنَ ۟
૯૬. જો કે તમારું અને તમારી બનાવેલી વસ્તુઓનું સર્જન અલ્લાહએ જ કર્યું.

Ayah: 97

قَالُوا ابْنُوْا لَهٗ بُنْیَانًا فَاَلْقُوْهُ فِی الْجَحِیْمِ ۟
૯૭. તેઓ કહેવા લાગ્યા, તેના માટે એક ઘર બનાવો અને તે (ભળકે બળતી) આગમાં તેને નાંખી દો.

Ayah: 98

فَاَرَادُوْا بِهٖ كَیْدًا فَجَعَلْنٰهُمُ الْاَسْفَلِیْنَ ۟
૯૮. તેમણે તો તેમની (ઇબ્રાહીમ) સાથે યુક્તિ કરવાનું ઇચ્છયું, પરંતુ અમે તેમને જ હીન કરી દીધા.

Ayah: 99

وَقَالَ اِنِّیْ ذَاهِبٌ اِلٰی رَبِّیْ سَیَهْدِیْنِ ۟
૯૯. અને તેમણે કહ્યું, હું તો હિજરત કરી પોતાના પાલનહાર તરફ જવાનો છું, તે જરૂર મને માર્ગ બતાવશે.

رَبِّ هَبْ لِیْ مِنَ الصّٰلِحِیْنَ ۟
૧૦૦. હે મારા પાલનહાર! મને સદાચારી સંતાન આપ,

فَبَشَّرْنٰهُ بِغُلٰمٍ حَلِیْمٍ ۟
૧૦૧. તો અમે તેમને એક ધૈર્યવાન બાળકની ખુશખબરી આપી.

Ayah: 102

فَلَمَّا بَلَغَ مَعَهُ السَّعْیَ قَالَ یٰبُنَیَّ اِنِّیْۤ اَرٰی فِی الْمَنَامِ اَنِّیْۤ اَذْبَحُكَ فَانْظُرْ مَاذَا تَرٰی ؕ— قَالَ یٰۤاَبَتِ افْعَلْ مَا تُؤْمَرُ ؗ— سَتَجِدُنِیْۤ اِنْ شَآءَ اللّٰهُ مِنَ الصّٰبِرِیْنَ ۟
૧૦૨. પછી જ્યારે તે (બાળક) એટલી વયે પહોંચ્યો કે તેમની સાથે હરે-ફરે, તો તેમણે કહ્યું, મારા વ્હાલા દીકરા! હું સપનામાં તને ઝબહ કરતા જોઇ રહ્યો છું, હવે તું જણાવ કે તારો વિચાર શું છે? દીકરાએ જવાબ આપ્યો કે, પિતાજી! જે આદેશ આપવામાં આવ્યો છે તેને કરી લો, "ઇન્ શાઅ અલ્લાહ" તમે મને ધીરજ રાખનાર પામશો.

Ayah: 103

فَلَمَّاۤ اَسْلَمَا وَتَلَّهٗ لِلْجَبِیْنِ ۟ۚ
૧૦૩. જ્યારે બન્ને માની ગયા અને તેમણે (પિતાએ) તેને (દીકરાને) કપાળે ઊંધો પાડી દીધો,

وَنَادَیْنٰهُ اَنْ یّٰۤاِبْرٰهِیْمُ ۟ۙ
૧૦૪. તો અમે અવાજ આપ્યો કે હે ઇબ્રાહીમ!

Ayah: 105

قَدْ صَدَّقْتَ الرُّءْیَا ۚ— اِنَّا كَذٰلِكَ نَجْزِی الْمُحْسِنِیْنَ ۟
૧૦૫. ખરેખર તમે પોતાના સપનાને સાચું કરી બતાવ્યું. નિ:શંક અમે સત્કાર્યો કરનારને આવી જ રીતે બદલો આપીએ છીએ.

اِنَّ هٰذَا لَهُوَ الْبَلٰٓؤُا الْمُبِیْنُ ۟
૧૦૬. ખરેખર આ ખુલ્લી કસોટી હતી.

وَفَدَیْنٰهُ بِذِبْحٍ عَظِیْمٍ ۟
૧૦૭. અને અમે એક મોટી કુરબાની તેના ફિદયહમાં (બદલામાં) આપી દીધી,

وَتَرَكْنَا عَلَیْهِ فِی الْاٰخِرِیْنَ ۟ؗ
૧૦૮. અને અમે તેમનું સારું નામ પાછળના લોકોમાં બાકી રાખ્યું.

سَلٰمٌ عَلٰۤی اِبْرٰهِیْمَ ۟
૧૦૯. ઇબ્રાહીમ પર સલામ છે.

كَذٰلِكَ نَجْزِی الْمُحْسِنِیْنَ ۟
૧૧૦. અમે સદાચારી લોકોને આવી જ રીતે બદલો આપીએ છીએ.

اِنَّهٗ مِنْ عِبَادِنَا الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَ ۟
૧૧૧. નિ:શંક તે અમારા ઈમાનવાળા બંદાઓ માંથી હતા.

وَبَشَّرْنٰهُ بِاِسْحٰقَ نَبِیًّا مِّنَ الصّٰلِحِیْنَ ۟
૧૧૨. અને અમે તેમને ઇસ્હાકની ખુશખબરી આપી,જે સદાચારી લોકો માંથી, પયગંબર હશે.

Ayah: 113

وَبٰرَكْنَا عَلَیْهِ وَعَلٰۤی اِسْحٰقَ ؕ— وَمِنْ ذُرِّیَّتِهِمَا مُحْسِنٌ وَّظَالِمٌ لِّنَفْسِهٖ مُبِیْنٌ ۟۠
૧૧૩. અને અમે ઇબ્રાહીમ અને ઇસ્હાક પર ખૂબ કૃપા કરી અને તે બન્નેના સંતાન માંથી કેટલાક સદાચારી છે અને કેટલાક પોતાના પર ખુલ્લો અત્યાચાર કરવાવાળા છે.

وَلَقَدْ مَنَنَّا عَلٰی مُوْسٰی وَهٰرُوْنَ ۟ۚ
૧૧૪. નિ:શંક અમે મૂસા અને હારૂન પર ઘણો જ ઉપકાર કર્યો.

وَنَجَّیْنٰهُمَا وَقَوْمَهُمَا مِنَ الْكَرْبِ الْعَظِیْمِ ۟ۚ
૧૧૫. અને તેમને તથા તેમની કોમને મોટા દુઃખથી છુટકારો આપ્યો.

Ayah: 116

وَنَصَرْنٰهُمْ فَكَانُوْا هُمُ الْغٰلِبِیْنَ ۟ۚ
૧૧૬. અને તેમની મદદ કરી, જેથી તેઓ જ વિજયી રહ્યા.

وَاٰتَیْنٰهُمَا الْكِتٰبَ الْمُسْتَبِیْنَ ۟ۚ
૧૧૭. અને અમે તેમને પ્રકાશિત કિતાબ આપી.

وَهَدَیْنٰهُمَا الصِّرَاطَ الْمُسْتَقِیْمَ ۟ۚ
૧૧૮. અને તેમને સત્ય માર્ગ પર રાખ્યા.

وَتَرَكْنَا عَلَیْهِمَا فِی الْاٰخِرِیْنَ ۟ۙۖ
૧૧૯. અને અમે તે બન્નેનું સારૂ નામ પાછળના લોકોમાં બાકી રાખ્યું.

سَلٰمٌ عَلٰی مُوْسٰی وَهٰرُوْنَ ۟
૧૨૦. કે મૂસા અને હારૂન પર સલામ થાય.

اِنَّا كَذٰلِكَ نَجْزِی الْمُحْسِنِیْنَ ۟
૧૨૧. નિ:શંક અમે સદાચારી લોકોને આવી જ રીતે બદલો આપીએ છીએ.

اِنَّهُمَا مِنْ عِبَادِنَا الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَ ۟

وَاِنَّ اِلْیَاسَ لَمِنَ الْمُرْسَلِیْنَ ۟ؕ
૧૨૩. નિ:શંક ઇલ્યાસ પણ પયગંબરો માંથી હતા.

Ayah: 124

اِذْ قَالَ لِقَوْمِهٖۤ اَلَا تَتَّقُوْنَ ۟
૧૨૪. જ્યારે તેમણે પોતાની કોમને કહ્યું, તમે અલ્લાહથી ડરતા નથી?

Ayah: 125

اَتَدْعُوْنَ بَعْلًا وَّتَذَرُوْنَ اَحْسَنَ الْخَالِقِیْنَ ۟ۙ
૧૨૫. શું તમે બ-અ-લ (એક મૂર્તિનું નામ)ને પોકારો છો? અને સૌથી શ્રેષ્ઠ સર્જનહારને છોડી દો છો.

Ayah: 126

اللّٰهَ رَبَّكُمْ وَرَبَّ اٰبَآىِٕكُمُ الْاَوَّلِیْنَ ۟
૧૨૬. તે અલ્લાહને, જે તમારો અને તમારાથી પહેલાના લોકોનો પાલનહાર છે.

Ayah: 127

فَكَذَّبُوْهُ فَاِنَّهُمْ لَمُحْضَرُوْنَ ۟ۙ
૧૨૭. પરંતુ કોમના લોકોએ તેમને જુઠલાવ્યા. બસ! તેઓને જરૂર (અઝાબ માટે) હાજર કરવામાં આવશે.

اِلَّا عِبَادَ اللّٰهِ الْمُخْلَصِیْنَ ۟
૧૨૮. અલ્લાહ તઆલાના નિખાલસ બંદાઓ (સુરક્ષિત રહેશે.)

وَتَرَكْنَا عَلَیْهِ فِی الْاٰخِرِیْنَ ۟ۙ
૧૨૯. અમે (ઇલ્યાસ) નું સારું નામ પાછળના લોકોમાં બાકી રાખ્યું.

૧૩૦. ઇલ્યાસ પર સલામ થાય.

اِذْ نَجَّیْنٰهُ وَاَهْلَهٗۤ اَجْمَعِیْنَ ۟ۙ
૧૩૪. અમે તેમને અને તેમના ઘરવાળાઓ, દરેકને (અઝાબથી) છુટકારો આપ્યો,

Ayah: 135

اِلَّا عَجُوْزًا فِی الْغٰبِرِیْنَ ۟
૧૩૫. તે વૃદ્વ સ્ત્રી સિવાય, જે પાછળ રહેનારા લોકોમાં બાકી રહી ગઇ.

ثُمَّ دَمَّرْنَا الْاٰخَرِیْنَ ۟
૧૩૬. પછી અમે બીજાને નષ્ટ કરી દીધા.

وَاِنَّكُمْ لَتَمُرُّوْنَ عَلَیْهِمْ مُّصْبِحِیْنَ ۟ۙ
૧૩૭. અને તમે (તે ઉજ્જડ વસ્તી) પાસેથી સવારના સમયે પસાર થાવ છો.

وَبِالَّیْلِ ؕ— اَفَلَا تَعْقِلُوْنَ ۟۠
૧૩૮. અને રાતના સમયે પણ (પસાર થાવ છો), શું તો પણ સમજતા નથી?

وَاِنَّ یُوْنُسَ لَمِنَ الْمُرْسَلِیْنَ ۟ؕ
૧૩૯. અને નિ:શંક યૂનુસ પયગંબરો માંથી હતા.

اِذْ اَبَقَ اِلَی الْفُلْكِ الْمَشْحُوْنِ ۟ۙ
૧૪૦. જ્યારે ભાગીને ભરેલી હોડી તરફ પહોંચ્યા.

Ayah: 141

فَسَاهَمَ فَكَانَ مِنَ الْمُدْحَضِیْنَ ۟ۚ
૧૪૧. પછી ચિઠ્ઠી નાંખવામાં આવી, તો તેઓ હારી ગયા.

Ayah: 142

فَالْتَقَمَهُ الْحُوْتُ وَهُوَ مُلِیْمٌ ۟
૧૪૨. તો પછી તેમને માછલી ગળી ગઇ અને તેઓ પોતાને જ દોષિત ઠેરવવા લાગ્યા.

فَلَوْلَاۤ اَنَّهٗ كَانَ مِنَ الْمُسَبِّحِیْنَ ۟ۙ
૧૪૩. બસ! જો તેઓ પવિત્રતાનું વર્ણન ન કરતા,

Ayah: 144

لَلَبِثَ فِیْ بَطْنِهٖۤ اِلٰی یَوْمِ یُبْعَثُوْنَ ۟ۚ
૧૪૪. તો કયામત સુધી માછલીના પેટમાં જ રહેતા.

Ayah: 145

فَنَبَذْنٰهُ بِالْعَرَآءِ وَهُوَ سَقِیْمٌ ۟ۚ
૧૪૫. બસ! તેમને અમે સપાટ મેદાનમાં નાંખી દીધા અને તેઓ તે સમયે બિમાર હતા.

Ayah: 146

وَاَنْۢبَتْنَا عَلَیْهِ شَجَرَةً مِّنْ یَّقْطِیْنٍ ۟ۚ
૧૪૬. અને તેમના પર છાંયડો કરવા માટે એક વેલવાળું વૃક્ષ અમે ઉગાડી દીધું.

Ayah: 147

وَاَرْسَلْنٰهُ اِلٰی مِائَةِ اَلْفٍ اَوْ یَزِیْدُوْنَ ۟ۚ
૧૪૭. અને (ત્યારબાદ) અમે તેમને એક લાખ કરતાં પણ વધારે લોકો તરફ (પયગંબર બનાવી) મોકલ્યા.

Ayah: 148

فَاٰمَنُوْا فَمَتَّعْنٰهُمْ اِلٰی حِیْنٍ ۟ؕ
૧૪૮. બસ! તેઓ ઈમાન લાવ્યા અને અમે તેમને એક સમયગાળા સુધી વૈભવી જીવન આપ્યું.

Ayah: 149

فَاسْتَفْتِهِمْ اَلِرَبِّكَ الْبَنَاتُ وَلَهُمُ الْبَنُوْنَ ۟ۙ
૧૪૯. તેમને પૂછો કે શું તમારા પાલનહારને દીકરીઓ છે અને તેમના દીકરા છે?

Ayah: 150

اَمْ خَلَقْنَا الْمَلٰٓىِٕكَةَ اِنَاثًا وَّهُمْ شٰهِدُوْنَ ۟
૧૫૦. અથવા આ લોકો તે સમયે હાજર હતા, જ્યારે અમે ફરિશ્તાઓનું સર્જન સ્ત્રીજાતિમાં કર્યું?

Ayah: 151

اَلَاۤ اِنَّهُمْ مِّنْ اِفْكِهِمْ لَیَقُوْلُوْنَ ۟ۙ
૧૫૧. જાણી લો કે આ લોકો પોતે ઘડી કાઢેલી વાતો કહી રહ્યા છે.

وَلَدَ اللّٰهُ ۙ— وَاِنَّهُمْ لَكٰذِبُوْنَ ۟
૧૫૨. કે અલ્લાહને સંતાન છે, ખરેખર આ લોકો જુઠ્ઠા છે.

اَصْطَفَی الْبَنَاتِ عَلَی الْبَنِیْنَ ۟ؕ
૧૫૩. શું અલ્લાહ તઆલાએ પોતાના માટે દીકરીઓને દીકરાઓ પર પ્રાથમિકતા આપી?

مَا لَكُمْ ۫— كَیْفَ تَحْكُمُوْنَ ۟
૧૫૪. તમને શું થઇ ગયું છે? કેવી વાતો કહેતા ફરો છો?

اَفَلَا تَذَكَّرُوْنَ ۟ۚ
૧૫૫. શું તમે સમજતા પણ નથી?

اَمْ لَكُمْ سُلْطٰنٌ مُّبِیْنٌ ۟ۙ
૧૫૬. અથવા તમારી પાસે આ વાતનો કોઇ સ્પષ્ટ પુરાવો છે?

Ayah: 157

فَاْتُوْا بِكِتٰبِكُمْ اِنْ كُنْتُمْ صٰدِقِیْنَ ۟
૧૫૭. તો જાવ, સાચા હોવ તો પોતાની જ કિતાબ લઇ આવો.

وَجَعَلُوْا بَیْنَهٗ وَبَیْنَ الْجِنَّةِ نَسَبًا ؕ— وَلَقَدْ عَلِمَتِ الْجِنَّةُ اِنَّهُمْ لَمُحْضَرُوْنَ ۟ۙ
૧૫૮. અને તે લોકોએ અલ્લાહ અને જિન્નાત વચ્ચે સંબંધ ઠેરાવ્યો, જો કે જિન્નાતો પોતે જાણે છે કે તેઓ (આવી આસ્થા રાખનારા લોકોને)અઝાબ સામે રજૂ કરવામાં આવશે.

سُبْحٰنَ اللّٰهِ عَمَّا یَصِفُوْنَ ۟ۙ
૧૫૯. જે કંઈ આ લોકો વર્ણન કરી રહ્યા છે તેનાથી અલ્લાહ તઆલા પવિત્ર છે.

اِلَّا عِبَادَ اللّٰهِ الْمُخْلَصِیْنَ ۟
૧૬૦. અલ્લાહના નિખાલસ બંદાઓ સિવાય. (જેઓ આવા આરોપ લગાવતા નથી)

وَّاِنَّا لَنَحْنُ الصَّآفُّوْنَ ۟ۚ

૧૬૮. કે જો અમારી પાસે પહેલાના લોકોની જેમ કોઈ શિખામણ હોત.

لَكُنَّا عِبَادَ اللّٰهِ الْمُخْلَصِیْنَ ۟
૧૬૯. તો અમે પણ અલ્લાહના નિકટના બંદા બની જતાં.

فَكَفَرُوْا بِهٖ فَسَوْفَ یَعْلَمُوْنَ ۟
૧૭૦. (અને જ્યારે કુરઆન આવી ગયું) તો તેઓએ ત્તેનો ઇન્કાર કરવા લાગ્યા, બસ! હવે નજીકમાં જ જાણી લેશે.

وَلَقَدْ سَبَقَتْ كَلِمَتُنَا لِعِبَادِنَا الْمُرْسَلِیْنَ ۟ۚۖ
૧૭૧. અને અમારું વચન, જે પયગંબર છે, તેમના હકમાં પહેલાથીજ આદેશ મળી ગયો છે.

૧૭૨. કે ખરેખર તે લોકોની જ મદદ કરવામાં આવશે.

فَاِذَا نَزَلَ بِسَاحَتِهِمْ فَسَآءَ صَبَاحُ الْمُنْذَرِیْنَ ۟
૧૭૭. સાંભળો! જ્યારે અમારો અઝાબ તેમના મેદાનમાં આવી જશે, તે સમયે તેમની સવાર ખૂબ જ ખરાબ હશે, જે લોકોને સચેત કરવામાં આવ્યા હતા.

وَتَوَلَّ عَنْهُمْ حَتّٰی حِیْنٍ ۟ۙ
૧૭૮. તમે થોડોક સમય સુધી તેમનો વિચાર કરવાનું છોડી દો.
