Al-A‘lā

Ayah: 1

سَبِّحِ ٱسۡمَ رَبِّكَ ٱلۡأَعۡلَى
가장 지고하신 그대 주님의 이름을 드높이라.

Ayah: 2

ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَ فَسَوَّىٰ
그분께서는 창조하시고 조정하셨으며

Ayah: 3

وَٱلَّذِي قَدَّرَ فَهَدَىٰ
운명을 지정하신 후 길을 가리켜 주셨노라.

وَٱلَّذِيٓ أَخۡرَجَ ٱلۡمَرۡعَىٰ
그리고 그분께서는 목초를 내신 후

فَجَعَلَهُۥ غُثَآءً أَحۡوَىٰ
그것을 흑갈색의 마른풀로 만드셨노라.

Ayah: 6

سَنُقۡرِئُكَ فَلَا تَنسَىٰٓ
그대(무함마드)가 (꾸란을) 망각하지 않도록 내가 그대를 읽게 할 것이라.

Ayah: 7

إِلَّا مَا شَآءَ ٱللَّهُۚ إِنَّهُۥ يَعۡلَمُ ٱلۡجَهۡرَ وَمَا يَخۡفَىٰ
그러나 하나님께서 뜻하시는 것은 예외라. 실로 그분께서는 드러내는 것과 숨겨지는 것을 아시는 분이라.

Ayah: 8

وَنُيَسِّرُكَ لِلۡيُسۡرَىٰ
나는 그대가 쉬이 최선의 평이함을 얻도록 할 것이라.

فَذَكِّرۡ إِن نَّفَعَتِ ٱلذِّكۡرَىٰ
깨우침이 득이 될 경우에 그대는 일깨워 주라.

سَيَذَّكَّرُ مَن يَخۡشَىٰ
경외하는 자가 깊이 생각할 것이라.

وَيَتَجَنَّبُهَا ٱلۡأَشۡقَى
그러나 가장 불행한 자는 그것(깨우침)을 멀리할 것이니

ٱلَّذِي يَصۡلَى ٱلنَّارَ ٱلۡكُبۡرَىٰ
그는 어마한 화염에 불탈 것이라.

ثُمَّ لَا يَمُوتُ فِيهَا وَلَا يَحۡيَىٰ
그 후 그는 그곳에서 죽지도 살지도 않더라.

قَدۡ أَفۡلَحَ مَن تَزَكَّىٰ
진정 성공한 자는 정화된 자이며

وَذَكَرَ ٱسۡمَ رَبِّهِۦ فَصَلَّىٰ
자신의 주님의 이름을 떠올린 후 예배를 드린 자라.

بَلۡ تُؤۡثِرُونَ ٱلۡحَيَوٰةَ ٱلدُّنۡيَا
그렇지 않노라. 그대들은 현세의 삶을 선호하지만

وَٱلۡأٓخِرَةُ خَيۡرٞ وَأَبۡقَىٰٓ
실로 내세가 더 훌륭하며 더 오래 남는 것이라.

إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَفِي ٱلصُّحُفِ ٱلۡأُولَىٰ
진실로 이것(교훈)은 이전의 책자들에도 있었으니

صُحُفِ إِبۡرَٰهِيمَ وَمُوسَىٰ
아브라함과 모세의 책자들이라.
