Translation of the meanings Surah: Maryam   Ayah:

Ayah: 12

يَٰيَحۡيَىٰ خُذِ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ بِقُوَّةٖۖ وَءَاتَيۡنَٰهُ ٱلۡحُكۡمَ صَبِيّٗا
Ewe Yahya, tila Eshitabu nende amaani. Nafwe khwamuhelesia oburuchi nashili omutiti.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 13

وَحَنَانٗا مِّن لَّدُنَّا وَزَكَوٰةٗۖ وَكَانَ تَقِيّٗا
Ne nikhumuhelesia eshisa okhurula khwifwe nende obutswenufu, ne yali owaria Nyasaye.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 14

وَبَرَّۢا بِوَٰلِدَيۡهِ وَلَمۡ يَكُن جَبَّارًا عَصِيّٗا
Ne (nikhumukhola) omulayi khubebusi bebe, ne shiyali omufuru omukhayi tawe.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 15

وَسَلَٰمٌ عَلَيۡهِ يَوۡمَ وُلِدَ وَيَوۡمَ يَمُوتُ وَيَوۡمَ يُبۡعَثُ حَيّٗا
Ne omulembe kube khuye inyanga yayebulwa nende inyanga yalifwa, nende inyanga ya alilamusibwa mubafu.

Ayah: 16

وَٱذۡكُرۡ فِي ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ مَرۡيَمَ إِذِ ٱنتَبَذَتۡ مِنۡ أَهۡلِهَا مَكَانٗا شَرۡقِيّٗا
Ne yitsulila Mushitabu Mariam, olwa yawukha khubandu bebe natsia ebuleka webukwe.

Ayah: 17

فَٱتَّخَذَتۡ مِن دُونِهِمۡ حِجَابٗا فَأَرۡسَلۡنَآ إِلَيۡهَا رُوحَنَا فَتَمَثَّلَ لَهَا بَشَرٗا سَوِيّٗا
Mana naraho eshikalilo okhwiyikalila ehale ninabo. Mana nikhumurumila roho wefu, niyekhola khuye shinga omundu mwene.

Ayah: 18

قَالَتۡ إِنِّيٓ أَعُوذُ بِٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ مِنكَ إِن كُنتَ تَقِيّٗا
(Mariam) Naboola mbu: “Toto esie ndilinda khu Omunji Wetsimbabaasi (yaninde) okhurulana ninawe, toto noba noritsanga Nyasaye."

Ayah: 19

قَالَ إِنَّمَآ أَنَا۠ رَسُولُ رَبِّكِ لِأَهَبَ لَكِ غُلَٰمٗا زَكِيّٗا
(Malaika) Naboola mbu: “Toto esie endi Omurumwa wa Nyasaye wuwo Omulesi, erumilwe mbu nditse ekhubile akomwikhoyo mbu olanyola omwana omutswenufu.”

Ayah: 20

قَالَتۡ أَنَّىٰ يَكُونُ لِي غُلَٰمٞ وَلَمۡ يَمۡسَسۡنِي بَشَرٞ وَلَمۡ أَكُ بَغِيّٗا
Naboola mbu: “Ndakhanyoola endie omwana ne omundu yesiyesi ashili okhundilakhwo tawe, ne esie kata shindatemakhwo okhuba omuyeyi tawe?”

Ayah: 21

قَالَ كَذَٰلِكِ قَالَ رَبُّكِ هُوَ عَلَيَّ هَيِّنٞۖ وَلِنَجۡعَلَهُۥٓ ءَايَةٗ لِّلنَّاسِ وَرَحۡمَةٗ مِّنَّاۚ وَكَانَ أَمۡرٗا مَّقۡضِيّٗا
Naboola mbu: “Ne endio nilwa kali, Nyasaye wuwo Omulesi aboolele mbu: 'Kano ni amangu muno khwisie, kho khumukhole eshimanyisio khubandu nende tsimbabaasi tsirulanga khwifwe. Ne lino ni likhuwa liamala okhubusibwa.'”

Ayah: 22

۞ فَحَمَلَتۡهُ فَٱنتَبَذَتۡ بِهِۦ مَكَانٗا قَصِيّٗا
Kho, nachinga inda yiyie, mana narula nayo okhutsia abundu ehale.

Ayah: 23

فَأَجَآءَهَا ٱلۡمَخَاضُ إِلَىٰ جِذۡعِ ٱلنَّخۡلَةِ قَالَتۡ يَٰلَيۡتَنِي مِتُّ قَبۡلَ هَٰذَا وَكُنتُ نَسۡيٗا مَّنسِيّٗا
Mana obululu bwokhwibula nibumuyila hasi khushisina shiomutende, naboola mbu: “Emanyanga ndafwa kano nikashili okhunyoola, ndaba ndamala okhwibililwa khale.”

Ayah: 24

فَنَادَىٰهَا مِن تَحۡتِهَآ أَلَّا تَحۡزَنِي قَدۡ جَعَلَ رَبُّكِ تَحۡتَكِ سَرِيّٗا
Namulanga okhurulila hasi wuwe mbu: “Olabeelela tawe, toto Nyasaye wuwo Omulesi akhukholeele isebele hasi wuwo.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 25

وَهُزِّيٓ إِلَيۡكِ بِجِذۡعِ ٱلنَّخۡلَةِ تُسَٰقِطۡ عَلَيۡكِ رُطَبٗا جَنِيّٗا
Ne resia ebuleka wuwo eshisina shiomutende; kwitsa okhukhulakasilia tsitende tsindayi, tsinyengu.
