Translation of the meanings Surah: Al-Qiyāmah   Ayah:

Ayah: 20

كَلَّا بَلۡ تُحِبُّونَ ٱلۡعَاجِلَةَ
Shikali kario tawe! Halali enywe mwayanza obulamu bwokhushialo.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 21

وَتَذَرُونَ ٱلۡأٓخِرَةَ
Ne mulekhanga obulamu bwomwikulu.

Ayah: 22

وُجُوهٞ يَوۡمَئِذٖ نَّاضِرَةٌ
Obweni inyanga eyo bulimesamesa.

Ayah: 23

إِلَىٰ رَبِّهَا نَاظِرَةٞ
Buliheenga Nyasaye wabwo Omulesi.

Ayah: 24

وَوُجُوهٞ يَوۡمَئِذِۭ بَاسِرَةٞ
Ne obweni bundi inyanga eyo bulisinyikha po.

تَظُنُّ أَن يُفۡعَلَ بِهَا فَاقِرَةٞ
Bulimanya mbu buulilwe nende shifunakanga olukongofuma.

كَلَّآ إِذَا بَلَغَتِ ٱلتَّرَاقِيَ
Shikali kario tawe! Olwa omwoyo kuliula khushikumba shielikosi.

وَقِيلَ مَنۡۜ رَاقٖ
Mana kareebwe mbu: “Ni wina umusilikha?”

وَظَنَّ أَنَّهُ ٱلۡفِرَاقُ
Ne omwene namanya mbu toto bwene okho nikho okhufwa.

وَٱلۡتَفَّتِ ٱلسَّاقُ بِٱلسَّاقِ
Ne olwa emiluku chilitilana halala okundi khukundi.

إِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ يَوۡمَئِذٍ ٱلۡمَسَاقُ
Inyanga eyo niyo yebindu bioosi biliyilwa ewa Nyasaye wuwo Omulesi.

Ayah: 31

فَلَا صَدَّقَ وَلَا صَلَّىٰ
Mana shiyafuchilila (aka Nyasaye), nohomba shiyaswaliya tawe.

وَلَٰكِن كَذَّبَ وَتَوَلَّىٰ
Halali yakatsula mana nafutara.

ثُمَّ ذَهَبَ إِلَىٰٓ أَهۡلِهِۦ يَتَمَطَّىٰٓ
Mana natsia khubandu baye niyesunga.

أَوۡلَىٰ لَكَ فَأَوۡلَىٰ
Oh abaane koo ewe! Oh abaane koo ewe!

ثُمَّ أَوۡلَىٰ لَكَ فَأَوۡلَىٰٓ
Mana khandi oh abaane koo ewe! Oh abaane koo ewe!

أَيَحۡسَبُ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنُ أَن يُتۡرَكَ سُدًى
Koo, omundu aparanga mbu anyala okhulekhwa butswa eshikhaya?

أَلَمۡ يَكُ نُطۡفَةٗ مِّن مَّنِيّٖ يُمۡنَىٰ
Koo, shiyali indonyande yamatsi kolwibulo kamitsungwa tawe?

Ayah: 38

ثُمَّ كَانَ عَلَقَةٗ فَخَلَقَ فَسَوَّىٰ
Mana naba amalika, mana Nyasaye namuloonga namukaasia obulayi muno.

فَجَعَلَ مِنۡهُ ٱلزَّوۡجَيۡنِ ٱلذَّكَرَ وَٱلۡأُنثَىٰٓ
Mana nakhola okhurulanamwo tsimbia tsibili: abasatsa nende abakhasi.

Ayah: 40

أَلَيۡسَ ذَٰلِكَ بِقَٰدِرٍ عَلَىٰٓ أَن يُحۡـِۧيَ ٱلۡمَوۡتَىٰ
Kho koo, oyo shali omunyali muno wokhulamusia abafu tawe?
