Ayah: 1

أَرَءَيۡتَ ٱلَّذِي يُكَذِّبُ بِٱلدِّينِ
1. Го знаеш ли ти тој што оној свет го негира?

فَذَٰلِكَ ٱلَّذِي يَدُعُّ ٱلۡيَتِيمَ
2. Па тоа е тој што сирачето грубо го одбива,

وَلَا يَحُضُّ عَلَىٰ طَعَامِ ٱلۡمِسۡكِينِ
3. и кој, да се нахрани сиромавиот, не поттикнува.

فَوَيۡلٞ لِّلۡمُصَلِّينَ
4. А тешко на тие што, кога намазот (молитвата) го извршуваат,

ٱلَّذِينَ هُمۡ عَن صَلَاتِهِمۡ سَاهُونَ
5. намазот свој како што треба не го извршуваат,

6. коишто само се преправаат
