Al-‘Ādiyāt

Ayah: 1

وَالْعٰدِیٰتِ ضَبْحًا ۟ۙ
१. धापा टाकीत धावणाऱ्या घोड्यांची शपथ!

فَالْمُوْرِیٰتِ قَدْحًا ۟ۙ
२. मग टाप मारून चिंगाऱ्या उडविणाऱ्यांची शपथ!

فَالْمُغِیْرٰتِ صُبْحًا ۟ۙ
३. मग सकाळच्या वेळी हल्ला चढविणाऱ्यांची शपथ!

فَاَثَرْنَ بِهٖ نَقْعًا ۟ۙ
४. तर त्या वेळी धूळ उडवितात.

فَوَسَطْنَ بِهٖ جَمْعًا ۟ۙ
५. मग त्याचसोबत सैन्यांमध्ये घुसतात.

اِنَّ الْاِنْسَانَ لِرَبِّهٖ لَكَنُوْدٌ ۟ۚ
६. निःसंशय, मनुष्य आपल्या पालनकर्त्याशी मोठा कृतघ्न आहे.

وَاِنَّهٗ عَلٰی ذٰلِكَ لَشَهِیْدٌ ۟ۚ
७. आणि खात्रीने तो स्वतःही यावर साक्षी आहे.

وَاِنَّهٗ لِحُبِّ الْخَیْرِ لَشَدِیْدٌ ۟ؕ
८. आणि हा धनाच्या मोहातही मोठा सक्त (कठोर) आहे.

اَفَلَا یَعْلَمُ اِذَا بُعْثِرَ مَا فِی الْقُبُوْرِ ۟ۙ
९. काय याला ती वेळ माहीत नाही जेव्हा कबरीमध्ये जे (काही) आहे, काढून घेतले जाईल.

وَحُصِّلَ مَا فِی الصُّدُوْرِ ۟ۙ
१०. आणि मनातल्या गुप्त गोष्टींना उघड केले जाईल.

اِنَّ رَبَّهُمْ بِهِمْ یَوْمَىِٕذٍ لَّخَبِیْرٌ ۟۠
११. निःसंशय, यांचा पालनकर्ता त्या दिवशी यांच्या अवस्थेची पुरेपूर खबर राखणारा असेल.
