Purposes of the Surah:
الحث على الاعتصام بالله من الشرور.
Подстицај чврстог држања уз Божије прописе како би се сачували зла.

Ayah: 1

قُلۡ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلۡفَلَقِ
О Посланиче, реци: Тражим заштиту код Господара јутра.

Ayah: 2

مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ
Од зла којег чине створења и њихових узнемиравања.

Ayah: 3

وَمِن شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ
И код Бога тражим спас од зла које се појављује ноћу, у виду животиња и лопова.

وَمِن شَرِّ ٱلنَّفَّٰثَٰتِ فِي ٱلۡعُقَدِ
И код њега тражим спас од врачара који дувају у чворове.

И код Њега тражим спас од зла завидника који ради оно из чега произлази завист.

• إثبات صفات الكمال لله، ونفي صفات النقص عنه.
Потврђивање Божјих савршених својстава и негирања својстава мањкавости.
• ثبوت السحر، ووسيلة العلاج منه.
Потврђеност опасности врађбине и начина лечења од ње.
• علاج الوسوسة يكون بذكر الله والتعوذ من الشيطان.
Лечење лоших мисли бива спомињањем Бога и тражење Његове заштите од ђавола.
